My sister is almost deathly afraid of the ocean, mostly the waves and the threat of riptides. She is 13 years old, and would like to overcome this problem. She says she i mostly afraid because one she was sucked under a large wave for 15 seconds, and hasn't been able to go in the ater since then. Any help with this fact? She keeps telling me sooooo many people die in the ocean each year, and I'm trying to tell her that if she treats the ocean with respect, and is cautious, she will be perfectly fine. Any ideas?

Over the long, rich history of the National Hockey League, there have been many people of honor and dignity. Men such as Wayne Gretzky, Jean Beliveau, Henri Richard, Mario Lemieux, Steve Yzerman, and Ron Francis have given hockey fans a little something extra to root for. However, for every Yzerman or Francis there have been a number of unsavory characters that have given the league a black eye.

I turn to you the hockey fans out here to weigh in on the people who have been a disgrace in the league's history, the folks who have embarrassed the NHL at every turn. Who is among the sullied masses of the worst?

Most of the time I ride the mountain bike on paved street but once in a while need to get over some dirt hills. And I want tires that almost never go flat. The latter has actually been a trait of my existing tires - they've been on there for over a year and no flat.

Please don't answer "get a road bike". Thanks.

I want to get into the sport of cycling but I don't know very much about it. I want to be able to ride in trails and rugged terrain but I think that I might also want to get into some long distance riding on paved roads. Is it possible to buy a mountain bike and just put hard road wheels on it if I want to do street riding? As a broke college student I don't have a whole lot of money to spend. Any suggestions....

anyways, last Thursday i orderderd a "Riding With Barbaro" bracelete in the mail and i guess it's coming in UPS but it still hasn't got here. do u think they got my order? because after i sent in my oreder off the computer i got an e-mail saying it would be here within 2-5 days and said plz give us up to at least 2 weeks if we are behind. i live in northern wisconsin so ya think it wouldn't take long.

so ppl that have ordered these, how long did it take / should take. and did the bracelete come in the mail (like ur mail box) or does it really come in UPS and put it on ur door-step?
