I haven't come across too many individuals who have made a successful transition from serious weight training to serious running. As I get older I find myself wanting to be leaner and more fit then muscular and bulky. My question to anyone who might help is what would realistically happen to my body physically if I went from serious weight training (4-5 times a wk) and flipped over to serious running (4-5 times a week). How much muscle would I lose over a 6 month period. I want to run a marathon next Feb so I figured I better start now......All advice is appreciated from all....

WTF? i dont think the new reebok jerseys are gonna be cool. its been said that they are suppose to fit like football (tight) jerseys and plus.. the capitals.. are they really going back to red white and blue? black, gold and blue is awesome why change. retro is so not "in" when it comes to sports. give me ur feedback please!

I have a cousin that is as tall as me but when it comes to basketball, he could dunk in an 8.5 feet basket and I could barely reach 8 feet. How can I jump higher, if I lose some weight,will I jump higher?

The running sliding into second was trying to take out the player(it was either DeRosa or Theriot) and made no effort to touch second base.Wasn't he an automatic out because of this? If so,the announcers made no mention of it.

Ted Williams was the best baseball player ever he hit very well played baseball all around very well he served 2 wars for our country and still managed time to be the best. he managed the red sox to 8 division titles in the 10 years he managed. he was just awesome. i understand this wasnt a question but all of you come to your senses and realize what a good player and person he was and feel free, well plz leave nice comments. Ok so my friend is an idiot and did this during one of my little league games and I was wondering if it is actually possible for your to do this in a game. He stole second base and was safe but he thougght he heard the bat hit the ball so he ran back to first base to tag up and was tagged out. Is it possible for him to be out if he was safe at second?

well alot of people say they saw him on ECW behind the camera. and plus his death wasn't on the news or anything it's just on wwe. well if he's really dead then i think it was bobby i mean i like bobby but i think it was him cause of him having been in the army and having bombs and stuff or i think that mcmahon himself commited suicide i mean did u notice how he looked up at the sky the way he did and how he took like this huge breath and one last look at the arena. it's weird and a mystery. i think that on monday night raw mr. mcmahon is gonna like walk out and tell people he wanted 2 see what they would do if he really died but that's just some of my thoughts what r your thoughts about this whole situation and please no dumb answers if u really don't care then don't answer
