No. Brass knuckles look a heck of a lot different then a belt buckle.

when used for If it comes off yes, (my son wears one)
he got it at a swap meet. they also had ones with a throwing star in it.
we all know what they are for it is a fashion loophole

it really depends people wear belts with fake bullets and don't
get in trouble.
but if your fingers fit in it then it's is a weapon.

I used to sell brass knuckle paper weights and they are illegal.
after a while they got harder to find I saw one on a cops desk years ago and he said it was something they look for.
that people carry and use as a weapon.
