ok i own a mark 2 22. caliber rimfire sturm&ruger pistol

anyways this thing worked perfect this morning, but ive always wondered wat this thing one one the back of the handle it looked like it cud be popped or pried up with a flat head and it did and flipped out about 90 degrees or so didnt know what it did so i put it back in place and flipped the switch down like it was

i know try to cock the gun by pulling the action back but it wont go past like half way theres no objects inside the gun, ive tried everything cocking the gun while pulling the trigger(unloaded ofcourse) didnt work ive pulled the back out again it now only comes out about half an inch and stops ive tried everything and the gun wont unlock its like its locked in place or something please help any answers or statements i have to peoples answer will be in the extended details part PLEASE HELP!!!

This rule just seems so random. The only purpose I can think of for this rule is it makes the pitcher be more careful with his two-strike junk in the dirt.

Also, has anyone ever seen a batter intentionally swing at a very wild third strike so they could run to first?

I don't think they had them at Pocono. Both Robbie Gordon and Jimmie Johnsom came in with flat tires and ground off their sway bars. With it being so far around Pocono why wouldn't they use an inner liner in the tire there or for that matter everywhere? What tracks do they use them at and why?

Now, I know a lot of people have said that the WWE has taken it too far with the McMahon "Death" angle. But, honestly, have any of you been watching primetime TV lately? It's filled with death, rape, explosions and the like on a nightly basis. I notice that most goals in the NHL arent all pretty shots and everything. I notice that the players a lot of the time just shoot at random times and dont always try to set up first, but a lot of the time it goes in. Should i focus more on just getting a shot on net fast or setting up before i shoot?

I have tried two different kinds of De-Fog for my mask but it still fogs up. I also tried "Scrubbing" the mask using the de-fog with a toothbrush and leaving it in but it still fogs. Any Suggestions?
