Most I have dealt with have been con. artists. Some ask for Odds for winners (placing money for them). I have been told these rogues give DIFFERENT horses to callers - thereby ensuring a winner. Who can we trust ? Many say they are Ex Jockeys. Valets. Assistant Trainers. Work Watchers. Work Riders. Stable Lads. H E L P !!!!!!!

Seems we are stuck with the two cartoon characters engaged in a very adult act for the logo of the 2012 games.

£400,000 for something that looks as though it was drawn in the 1980's by some guy on his tea break.

In the first week after the launch of the 2012 logo, which looks like a kid drew it, 12 epileptics were reported to have had events after watching it. 4 on the day of the launch, If this is the case and Tessa Jowett is so pleased with it doesn't this show that, we, epileptics are still being treated by the current government as though we don't exist. (We have had centuries of persecution let it end now for god's sake!!) The Olympics are supposed to be for everyone to enjoy not just those who have "Normal" brains.

I've been wanting to take martial arts for a while (i'm 18 now), but seeing those small places in a street shopping square, it just doesn't seem like i'd get the same.. what's the word.. quality degree of training at one of the well instituted, authentic places. is this incorrect, should i just go to one anyway? I figure that is probably all there is around where i live (Atlanta, Georgia)

I have been watching this very closely this year. Especially with the Texas Rangers. I don't understand why, when the team needs base runners the manager allows the hitter to swing at 3-0 and 3-1. Most of the time they will make an out. I believe there is a better chance of the pitcher throwing a ball out of the next three pitches. I say take 3 except when a man is on second and there is one out. No need setting up for a double play.

3 days a week- Weight training with high weight and low reps (Strength with each day being dedicated to a different set of muscles)
Martial Arts 2-4 days a week
Saturday- Weight training with low weight and high reps (Tone)
Cardio and/or technique practice- 3-5 days a week.
Bodyweight exercises-Everyday in very small amounts, but 2 days a week of higher level training.
Sunday- Complete rest.
What do you think? Too little? Too much? Unbalanced? Better day to day work needed?
This is just a something I've considered. I have not started yet.

Does he deserve to be listed as 1st place? Will his name have an asterisk next to it explaining the situation? He has had a heck of a career, but it has been tainted. Hank Aaron and Babe Ruth didn't need performance enhancing drugs to set seemingly unbreakable records. Is it fair that Barry Bonds will be regarded as the home run king?

i used to bowl in cricket when i was 14 and my accuracy improved along with speed after 3 months of playing only with freinds not even on regular bases. I immigrated to canada at 15. I'm 17, would i be good if i start now?.....i have good finger control too. or should i just give up cuz im too old to start...
