I would highly recommend doing interval training: jogging for a moderate pace then sprinting for about 40-50 yards then back to jogging and then sprinting again. Squats are a great workout, along with lunges and leg presses. Frog leaps are very useful as well. When stretching, always stretch calves, quads, hamstrings, groin area and your back and abs.

Do some soccer drills like doing the ladder or long/short passes.Do push ups sit ups legs warm ups etc.

Jog around a soccer field first the after a few rounds start sprinting, it makes you faster when you ran with the ball.

Try doing the ladder its helps with your food work and it can make your legs stronger. Then maybe do some soccer drills like headbutts tricks with the ball stopping the ball etc.

Then if you are strong enough you can start sprinting to the ball then strong but smooth kicks or passes towards the goal .
