My time right now is 3:05. I wanna break 3 minutes. how should I prepare, train, and race?

All schools are relatively close, but what are your thoughts? I know it is all about whether the Sensei (s) are good teachers, but what else? what about self defense? I took Judo for about 1 1/2 years and am very new to Aikido.. thanks in advance for any of your comments. Also, what about for kids? My girl is 5 and I want to put her in one of them..

its hard for me to "want" to run when i come back from school. i know i need to...wat keeps u going?

track has been over for like 2 weeks, and i'm preparing for cross country.
i'm obviously a long distance runner.
middle school female.

like yesterday, when i came home, i was like "alright, i'll run at 6."
but when 6:00 came, i was in the middle of hw, and i decided that i'd run at 7. when 7:00 came, i decided that i'd run on the tredmil later. and i just kept post-ponding it, and never ran.
but today, when i think about it, i'm like "y didn't i just run and get it over with?"
but the same thing is prolly gonna happen today.

i konw i could run//train with someone else, or go to a sports club, or gym, but to get to the point, those things r out my option.

so, wat keeps u going?

Am I like the only one who notices that when playing sports guys will often like grab or hit one another's butt. Like when my brother plays baseball and someone has a RBI or something all the guys will hit the person's butt...I mean whats up with that?

Just wonderin' what everyones thoughts were on the Old Spice Presents - NEXTEL PRELUDE TO THE DREAM. Haven't heard alot of feedback on it yet like I expected. I thought that it was the BEST SHOW EVER on dirt... and even though I had to pay 25$ for it and watch it @ home...It was INCREDIBLE. I was jumpin', and hollarin' just like I would have if I was there. I grew up @ the dirt tracks watching 360 Winged Sprints, Dirt Mods, and IMCAS but this was ONE AWESOME RACE. For the price though, I think we should get coverage of the $100,000 to win Fri/Sat night DREAM RACE @ Eldora too. For the people that ACTUALLY SAW IT, Was this not the best show on DIRT you've ever seen?

I have heard lots of questions about Cena. Cena haters, Cena lovers. I don´t hate Cena, but I don´t love him either. I don´t like the way he acts. He is supose to be a Face, a Good guy, a Role model for the children, kids, young adults and such.

Ok, with that in mind. When I was growing up, people who acted the way he does, were in to doing drugs, listening to head bangers heavy metal, running around with gangs, stealing, beatting people at random. I mean stuff that don´t make any since.

If he is supose to be a good guy, then why does he act like that?

Can't wait for swim season!

Oh...I need new goggles. My old ones are digging into my eyeballs, and it's quite painful. I get the racconish thing around my eyes everytime I wear them.

What swim goggles do you recommend? I need a pair that is comfortable, but won't break easily.

I just read a question asking who the lamest wrestler was. so, i am asking if any one can remember, it was in the WWF, who the guy was who came out to the ring in a graduation gown and cap with four frisbees, he threw out three of them, read a poem on the last one then threw it out to the fans. one match i seen was against Hacksaw Jim Dugan. at the end of the poem he said "i will use the two by four to streaten out his eyes" that guy was always upsetting his oponents before his matches.
