Am I like the only one who notices that when playing sports guys will often like grab or hit one another's butt. Like when my brother plays baseball and someone has a RBI or something all the guys will hit the person's butt...I mean whats up with that?

Like I play softball and us girls don't do that...well the girls on my team didn't...I couldn't stand it if I was a guy playing sports...I would be like NO WAY!

Ummm...well I don't see myself smacking a girls A@# after a game I just say good game...now a guy on the other hand I wouldn't mind...hahaha...lol...

I've played sports since 1970 and never could figure out why guys do that. I had to tell many teammates that I don't tolerate my own mother touching my butt so don't start. I always patted the back of the shoulder or tap the helmet. (Football, Hockey)

Guys are guys, does it really matter if a girl understands or not? (LOL) Just imagine it like this.....when you see a guy smack another guy on the butt just say to your self "GOOD GAME" you might even find yourself doing a little butt smacking yourself to other girls or guys....just don't forget to actually say out loud "GOOD GAME" when you do it.

I have noticed many hit the helmet now; of course that doesn't help in baseball. LOL

what do you mean are you the ONLY one who notices this...this has been going on forever, especially baseball...you must be a girl, this is the way a girl usually asks this question...but as far as an answer, I don't know...it just "is".

it's a caveman thing , that can't quite be explanied...but when i get smacked , it wakes me up and makes me wanna kick some @$$ out in the game.
