Just wonderin' what everyones thoughts were on the Old Spice Presents - NEXTEL PRELUDE TO THE DREAM. Haven't heard alot of feedback on it yet like I expected. I thought that it was the BEST SHOW EVER on dirt... and even though I had to pay 25$ for it and watch it @ home...It was INCREDIBLE. I was jumpin', and hollarin' just like I would have if I was there. I grew up @ the dirt tracks watching 360 Winged Sprints, Dirt Mods, and IMCAS but this was ONE AWESOME RACE. For the price though, I think we should get coverage of the $100,000 to win Fri/Sat night DREAM RACE @ Eldora too. For the people that ACTUALLY SAW IT, Was this not the best show on DIRT you've ever seen?

Man it was sooo good. I answered from before today about being there and how good it was, the drivers for the most
part are nice, they were laughing and having a good time, the races were great, there just arent enough adjectives to explain how it was being there, ok it was so good you did not mind being covered in dirt, you only noticed that between heats

We watched it also and I enjoyed every bit of it. The only thing I didn't care for was how the crowd boo'd some of the drivers. I see that at nascar races but this was a charity event. But it was a good event and worth the $25 I paid for the PPV. It was a good race and a fun time for everyone envolved. I will certainly tune in next year or maybe even try to go to the track.

Good job Tony Stewart, you've got a big heart for children.

Yes, I will have to agree with you! It was some of the best racing I've seen in awhile. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! It was well worth the $25. For those who missed it I feel bad for you. I think everyone would have enjoyed it! The A- Main was really good; I wish there would have been more laps. The heat race w/ Bill & Ryan was awesome!! I was really scared there for a minute. LOL!! I will diffantely be getting it again next year!!!!

GO #24!!!!

Absolutely! Last night was a blast. I have been to the dirt track in Charlotte several times, but last night with an all-star cast was fantastic. Much props goes to Smoke for putting on this charity event for the Victory Junction Gang!

I didn't get to see it. I would have bought it had Jeff Burton been driving in it. All I know about the race that it's like a charity race that was created by Kyle Petty. His son had a dream to have this all happen, but his dream died when he was killed racing. So, Kyle made his dream happen for his son after his death.

In October 2000, five months after Adam's death, his family partnered with Paul Newman and the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp to begin the Victory Junction Gang Camp in Randleman, North Carolina, as a memorial to Adam. The camp has received support from many NASCAR drivers, teams, and sponsors, including Cup Series sponsor Sprint Nextel, which has placed a replica of Adam's 1998 car in the camp. The Victory Junction Gang camp began operation in 2004.

Well I enjoyed it up until my sattelite provider cut off the ending of the race because they said they only alloted 3.5 hours, and the race went over! (Sorry I won't belly ache any more I got a refund)

Scary part was the wreck between Bill Ellliot and Ryan Newman, it looked as tho Newmans tire went strait into Elliotts window..........glad no one was hurt and they were all able to laugh about it!

I was hoping Mike Wallace would turn the wheel over to his daughter so we could get a taste of her racing!! LOL she was a cute gal!

Yes, I have to agree with you. That was my first time in watching a dirt race and now I'm hooked. It was a great race and my guy (Matt Kenseth) even won one of the segments.

I couldn't go there but michiedem did and said it was awesome. Maybe she will answer this and tell you about it. It's good to see you back, you haven't been around much lately. We had a troll infestation the last few weeks but we got some spray and it seems to be getting better.
