i am coaching a team of 18 girls who are 8 and under we will be doing machine fast pitching... the problem is i didnt ask to coach just got a phone call asking if id coach the team . if i had said no then my daughter wouldnt of gotten to play . so with that said i said yes. the problem is , i have no idea on what the hell im doing . ive been thrown into the lions basically . lol.... so ive been trying to do some research on the net . but everywhere i turn they want you to pay for the help guides. so if anyone out there can break this down to me in simple terms on what to do , and possibly not do , i would so very much appreciate it , thanks to all

If you live in Philly you're lucky. Chikara, RoH, and of course back in the old days ECW. What is it about Philly that attracts good wrestling talent? Anyone thinking about getting into wrestling should forget about moving to Atlanta and move to Philly. Wish I lived there.

I live in Southern California and I am leaving on the 13th on a business trip to Farmingdale New York , I just found out I will be staying a few miles away from the Bethpage Golf Courses , My Question is should I take my clubs ? Will the weather be ok to play and are the courses even open , or will they be open by then , please help me , I don't think I can go three weeks without golf !!!!

Joe Horn has asked to be released into the NFL to look for better contract offers besides the big N.O. but if Joe Horn doesn't return to the Saints will it have an impact on the team? I certainly think old Joe is gone. He is old and doesn't have much years in him so the Saints could do the same without him. Just look for Colston or Henderson to be the next Franchise WR. It sure won't be the same without Horn's unique TD celebrations. But I want to know your opinion.

im 5''11 right now i havent grown in about 2 years and from what i hear in order to play college ball you have to be really tall like an average sized shooting guard is 6'5 and a big man is 6'7. i know im tall enough to play point guard but see the thing is is that i wont be able to play point guard next season. im better at shooting and driving to the basket than dribbling and i won defensive player of the year. therefore i know that coaches overlook pepole who arent that tall so is my carreer over?

I have a smart parts ion paintball gun and i had two questions.

1.The ion can shoot 17 bps in semi mode but that is only if your hopper can feed that much. if you get a regular hopper, no electronics, just a regular hopper where the ball fall on their own will it shoot 1 ball per second, and is that good for the gun.

2. I dont fully understand this electric hopper thing, i know that you turn on your hopper and then you turn on your gun but as soon as you turn on your hopper does it automatically start trying to shove balles down the feeder if the gun isn't even on.

please send me an answer.
