Well, the Sabres won't lose in Round 2 first of all. Sabres have tremendous depth. They got players like Daniel Briere, Chris Drury, Jason Pominville, Thomas Vanek, Maxim Afinogenov, Ales Kotalik, and they got Tim Connolly PROBABLY coming back for the playoffs. They got a great starting goalie in Ryan Miller, very good statistics, and makes amazing saves. Future of the organization in Miller, and they got a capable backup goalie in Ty Conklin, which isn't a bad goalie. They also were smart to get rid of Jiri Novotny and some draft picks to pick up Ty Conklin from Columbus and the key add in Dainius Zubrus from the Caps. Sabres also got good defense, but they are pretty fragile, but they got through Philly (Was considered a really tough, hard checking team last playoffs) with 4-1 win in the series, so that proves that they can get through physical teams with ease. And also, Atlanta will get shut down, especially when Kari Lehtonen gets OWNED. Then Miller will just make it look too easy on Ilya Kovalchuk, Marian Hossa, and former Sabre Slava Kozlov, so bring on the Thrashers.

Can't stand it that Buffalo is just that good, can you? Poor man, you must really hate watching them pwn every team in the league on a regular basis. You're never going to be able to enjoy the playoffs at the rate you're going. Crack open a Labatt and enjoy the game instead of hating on one of the best teams for a change!

I doubt that they'll be eliminated that early. They'll probably go tot he finals, if not to the Cup. At least the third round again...
