Joe Horn has asked to be released into the NFL to look for better contract offers besides the big N.O. but if Joe Horn doesn't return to the Saints will it have an impact on the team? I certainly think old Joe is gone. He is old and doesn't have much years in him so the Saints could do the same without him. Just look for Colston or Henderson to be the next Franchise WR. It sure won't be the same without Horn's unique TD celebrations. But I want to know your opinion.

Horn didn't want to take the pay cut the Saints offered so he asked for his release. He wasn't getting along that well with Peyton either. If Sean doesn't want him that means Horn won't be missed.

IMO Joe will get a one year contract for small money from some team. The NFL is pretty thin on wr talent. I can see the Falcons, Panthers and Giants giving him a shot.

Yeah Joe Horn was on the outs anyway, he hasn't been healthy in a few years and with the development of Marques Colston (you know he had to be good if they just gave away Donte Stallworth), losing Joe Horn just isn't as big a deal as it would've been three or four years ago. Imagine if they resign Stallworth back?

With the upward push interior the sales cap there is truly some money to be made in loose employer. i'd locate a clean crew to latch onto for a year or 2 to end my career truly than taking a pay decrease and driving the bench. Horn nevertheless has the cabapility of being a starting up reciever and their are communities out their like Tennessee, Atlanta, or Miami that ought to apply him.

Horn is a very reliable receiver. He has a tall frame, good hands, and a good vertical. He may not have the speed or strength that he once did, but he will certainly make an impact on teams that need a solid, possession receiver who brings experience and leadership.
