What is the best racquet that makes it easier to play tennis? Short/long, large/small, heavy/light? I'm kind of starting out, and I'm generally not good at sports. I want the type or racquet that will make it easiest for me to stay in the game without looking too bad on the field. Any advice for an novice from the pro's out there?

Hello everyone,

I am unsure of whether or not to purchase over ebay, credit card issues aside; I can't determine whether or not it is worth it to buy bike parts as a resident of Canada -- I live close to the border (within a few hundred km) of the United States, so purchasing from border states I guess would be less of a problem.

What do you suggest a new biker (who wants to pay minimal on the FIRST bike) do? Is ebay the option for him/her? I've looked on my two local sites --one with craigslist and the other called usedottawa-- but I've yet to find anything beyond a specialized stumpjumper comp m3 -- used. All other bikes are far out of price range right now.

I really want to get into this before the beginning of the riding season. What am I to do? I don't want to be left out!!! There's so much enjoyment that can be had right here, right now.

I'm open to any suggestions. This is all about HOW to go about purchasing a bike.

ok, the guys im giving up a rod and marcus giles and am getting
scott rolen and jorge cantu. i am also gonna get that matazuka guy. A ROD is a beast in the regular season. i have three starting pitchers in CC Sabathia, kenny rodgers, and brad penny. at third base i have ryan zimmerman, who did pretty good last year, and at second base i have brian roberts and ian kinsler....what should i do??

Reading fan here but i have heard a lot of things about Arsenal! But in my opinion nationality should have nothing to with team selection. It's Perfomance that counts right? Even though it's an English team with French players, arent the fans English?
United and Spurs fan plz dont jump down my throat, i'm not a gooner, i like them but my loyalty lies with Reading.

Bwfc the prem club has just tried legally and failed to stop local pubs broadcasting live games on match days because its having a negative effect on their attendances. (Foreign channels, not Sky). Arabic and skandi for example. Why dont bwfc just stop transmission from their ground to stop it?. Is there a reason they dont. cheers. Tom.
