If you are looking for good ideas of things to do in practice to improve their skills, try this site: http://eteamz.active.com/fastpitch/instruction/tips/index.cfm?m=1,2,3,4,5

It has good tips and drills on baserunning, throwing, fielding, catching, hitting, etc.

Also, maybe consider borrowing a book from the library. I think there is a good one out called the "Softball Coaching Bible."

The answerer above me gave a great example of a web site that will help you. I would also see if there is a competitive level softball team in your area, and talk to their coach's about getting help.(the eteamz web site will show any competitive teams in your area) Many times the older girls like to help coach younger girls, to learn to coach themselves. The same for a college softball team in your area. It is essential teach the girls proper fundamentals while they are young. Otherwise they are going to have a lot of bad habits which will be hard to break. My daughter plays for a competitive team and her and one of her teammates love to coach and help your age group. If you ave any particular problems you need help with feel free to E-Mail me. My Email is on my homepage
