5% of the people cause 95% of the problems in the world. The rest of us are just trying to get by and live decent modest lives.

The people on here who claim to be Christians have ZERO sense of humor. Atheists and others seem to do just fine, and realize when a question is tongue-in-cheek, so what's up with Christians?

I just read this one user here about abortion, and some says, "Oh so you are for this and that like against the capital punishment," etc. What was that about? If a person believes in one thing, automatically, all the other things are assumed to be believed as well like against capital punishment? I'm against Abortion and but i am for capital punishment. why? Because that is my belief. If a person believes one thing, that's only one thing you KNOW they believe it.

I notice some christians believes abortion is wrong and some believes Atheists to be abortion loving. But there are Atheists who knows it's wrong too, And considering I'm an Atheist, i believe it's wrong to kill a baby. I don't care what you do with the baby, but i only disliked the idea.

I believe that if something is agreeable or disagreeable to you like the capital punishment, abortion, gay marriage, etc, then who are we to say who is right and who is wrong? They both have its own views.

Just wondering how these people say we can't say Christianity is right and all others are wrong. Can they justify that? If we believe in it, why can't we view it as true religion?

I hear some secularists going around saying "All religions are the same". Never mind the fact that they have totally different doctrines and all claim each other to be false.

"All religions are peaceful"-Have you watched news lately?

"All get you to heaven"-Any justification? If all get you to heaven then why do I need to be Christian? Just asking the secular Christians mainly who keep saying this.

Just tired of hearing PC rants by people who want no judgement or absolutes in our society.

If you don't believe in God would you just accept your soul going to a place you aren't sure about??If you believe there is a hell do you think you will find peace there after death??It sounds like it is awfully hot there.

When the bible was being put together by th echurch, it is a fact that many gospels were left out by choice of human beings-why? You take out a whole chapter in a book and you may miss the points. I'm just curious about reading these-and is there a way to do so?
Thanks.

You have God, and supposively God created all things including free will. You have the angels who are servants of God and the only understanding or knowledge they have is strictly from God. When Lucifer rebels against God how is it possible for him to learn of rebellion without God teaching it? The point I am trying to make is this, if God didn't teach the angels the act of rebellion it wouldn't exist in their minds. Therefore they wouldn't be capable of doing such a thing without learning it from some source. As for the snake in the Garden of Eden that was after Lucifer was supposively kicked out of Heaven. Now my point being if God was the teacher and giver of free will, to the initial lifeform then aren't the qualities of all life forms based on God? That includes lieing, stealing, cheating, killing, happyness, sadness etc.?

Theres tha debatable question about havin Christian prayer in public schools. Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, etc kids don't have to join in the prayer if they don't want to.

But since it is a PUBLIC (Open to the knowledge or judgment of all) school, why not have ALL kinds of prayers for each and every religion a student is associated with. I'm pretty sure theres one for every kind. Even take time to have a "non-prayer" silence for atheists.

So lets have an all religion prayer NOT JUST CHRISTIANS in our public schools! lol

I just came home and for no reason they said. So did God tell you to come home?

Ugh no. Why?

They are the type of people who feel everything they acheived was through their own skills and hardwork. And it has nothing to do with God.

Well they will see in the end who was right, Sadly. I wish they will see the truth, but they are too stubborn and live for the world. If i could see all those people in hell on video. It will be great. How they will scream of regret. But no one will hear them.

Earlier in school, a teacher was leading a prayer in class. I noticed that this one kids lips weren't moving and his eyes were opened. He said he didn't believe in Jesus.

Me and my buddies tried to get him to accept Christ after school but he wouldn't listen. We tried to kick His love into the heathen but he wouldn't budge. Finally he stopped moving. I don't know if he's saved, but is what we did justified? I mean, my priest says that we are "soldiers of Christ"

Don't people realize that Erasmus Darwin's theory of evolution was mostly speculation?

A reading of his 1796 book Zoönomia, which explained his theory of evolution, makes it obvious that he had very little evidence to support his theory.

When we pray for an answer to something. When we ask God to show us what we need to do. How do we know for sure it is God's answer? Can we be sure it is God's will and not our desires?

I consider myself and true dedicated catholic. but lately i have been thinking. in order to be a true catholic do you have to agree with EVERYTHING the bible says? I believe in most things but how it says being gay is a sin? i dont agree with that. god made them that way so how can it still be a sin. they didnt just wake up one day and say "i think i am going to be gay"

The church is in a town of 7000. It is currently running about 30 people...mostly older. It seats about 80 but has never been more than sixty. It currently brings in enough to pay the pastor and the electric bill. No projector...only a piano and organ, currently sings almost all hymns. You are the new pastor, what do you do?
