He returned in the flesh and when rose from the dead He transforms to a glorified body not the Holy Spirit. You are not to destroy the three person of Godhead. The Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are distinct and separate as a person to each other. Each of these persons have their purposes and will for mankind. Not like the atheists and gnostics who are no God and unfortunately, no purposes or will in their lives...that is why they have imagination that are insane, vain and unrealistics.

This is what Jesus said about that:

26 "When the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me. 27 And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning. ( John 15)

and

7 But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. 8 When he comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 in regard to sin, because men do not believe in me; 10 in regard to righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; 11 and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned. ( John 16 )

The Holy Spirit raised Him from the dead by the will of the Father. Jesus is a habitation of the Holy Spirit, as am I. Jesus promised that occurrence in the verses above.

How? Because He did it. How did He do anything? How did he cure a man born blind? How does He do anything, because with God, all things are possible.

He didn't. He told his disciples he must leave them so that the comforter could descend to them. The Holy Spirit is the comforter of which he spoke.
