By referring to faith/non-faith as a NOUN, we think we know something about someone simply because we can give them a name, when in fact we know very, very little. By turning the faith/non-faith into a VERB, we get an idea about what they do rather than with which group they like to associate. For example:

Rather than "Christian," why not call fellow believers as those who follow Christ or behave as Christ?

Instead of Buddhist, it could be those who practice Dharma.

Muslims could take the term Islam (meaning "submission) and become those who submit to God.

And Atheists could be those who value rational thinking.

salvation means freedom from religion... religions are a form of slavery... but nothing is holding us back.. we can all save ourselves.... anytime... don't wait for someone else to do it for you. for many are prepared to re-enslave you...

Simply because most "Christians" do not practice Christianity. If more people would love others more, themselves, less and have peace and understanding, then others would respond more. When are "Christians" going to become Christians, themselves? When will the real Christians stand up and start to follow Christ? Start with yourself. When others see God in us, maybe they'll get onboard.

Christian - truly born-again as well as the religious kind; atheists, religious adherents of all persuasions and others, Please be honest with your answer.

It is what you expect(ambition and ulterior motive) and do not receive that makes you frustrated and resentful. It does not matter what others have or do. when you do something for someone, do it because you see it is wise and right and not because you feel you have to. Are you such a one? Do you agree and if not, why not?

Alot of people say for "imagination" purposes but why would you play with God like that. I mean when it comes down to it Jesus is the reason for the celebration and he shouldnt be overshadowed by a Bunny dropping e-coli eggs on the ground. Most kids dont even know the reason they celebrate. So could anyone tell me a reason why?

If not is it a sinfor us Christians to have a sports Car?

What if we ahave a loan on it? Is it a bigger sin to default on the Loan than it is to have the Car?

I must have answers...and anyone who answers will get a thumbs up from me and hopefully from every one who answers this dumb question.

there's not a month that pass without me feeling so down - to the point where i just cry my eyes out and feeling really worthless and doesn't have anything to live for. sometimes i feel so blessed but at the moment i feel like it was all just a lie. it's like i really have no friends, no one cares.

I know God cares and He's there but most of the time I feel like He doesn't really listen to me. But He answers other people's prayer but I feel like I'm being ignored. I mean, just typing this is making me cry already. I know some young people in the church that live a "double life" you know - the type where they do the same thing as the world does, but they're still happy and blessed and all. I'm 22 and I don't understand why I have to go through so much crap like these? I have no friends at church not one, and it's really pulling me down. This sucks.

Not really a question, but I want to know if there's other people feeling the same thing as I do?

I am a Christian, I bought a Halloween costume for my 20 month old and planned to take her trick-or-treating next week. She is my first and only child and I'm really looking forward to it. I don't celebrate evil, I just thought it would be something fun for her and I to do together. But being a Christian, am I wrong? Thankyou
