If god is love then love is God. Would you propose that it is sensible to say, "I God you," to your child or your spouse?

If God is peace then peace is God. Should differing nations sign "God Treaties" ?

If God is joy.... is it right to "jump with God" ? (Hmm ?)

These are confusing usages of the word god, aren't they?

If God is confused then confused is God. Now this seems better, doesn't it ?

"I feel God" seems to swap nicely with "I feel confused."

What do you feel ?

Its just a poster to me-I dont hail Satan its just music.I prayed to Jesus and requested to guide me and to come in my heart, but I love this band!I ask, because when people come some of them say-OH NO!YOU ARE GOING TO HELL!
I hate those Narrow minded people. Its just art. So,is this a sin?
And Satan means challenger, and real satanists dont believe in Satan or in God.They are more like atheists.

There are very few Jews in America because to be a Jew your mother has to be Jewish or you have to convert (which is a long and difficult process)

There are very few Muslims in America (The reasons should be obvious)

There are so few atheists in America because to be an atheist you have honestly not believe there is a God (in a Christian nation no less). Being not sure if there is or isn't a God either way is not enough (that's agnostic). Being anti-Christian is not enough. Being anti-religion is not enough.

There are so many Christians in America because to be a Christian all you have to do is say you are one. that's it. Period! (not to mention the descrimination against Jews, Muslims and atheists)

that nobody really knows why we simply are? I mean, we create and follow rules and ways of life, "we know" most of the others "are wrong" if they don't think or do what we think or do, but we don't really know what life is supposed to be.
What is, in your opinion, the meaning of life?

Thank you for your time, for sharing what you know and making my day.

I'm a strict atheist, but I like to use capitals for referring to God as a respect for those who are Christians. So do all Christians use capital G for God and capital H for He, His, Him, Himself, etc.?

I feel I can't argue with religious people because their arguments are not grounded in logic or reasonable argument. How can you debate with someone who thinks blind faith is a good thing? Should we even try?

My church told me that I couldn't believe that aliens existed because they're not in the bible, so I quit going.. I never really looked at it from a religious point of view until that moment, but then I started thinking that if God had so much love, then why not spread it? I don't know, I just want to hear about why someone would or would not believe in aliens.

If you think that is so, then wouldn't that mean a person or group of people had to have "created" a god/goddess and then went about convincing people that they were real. What motives would they have to do this? Considering how many religions have existed in the history of humans, that is a lot of people making up a lot of religions. As many religions as there have been in the world, consider the odds that YOUR religion is actually the real one. Even more disturbing a thought may be that if that many people throughout history had the gall to fabricate a religion, isn't it very possible that every religion that has ever existed came about this way, including your own?

Even though the person who asked it, didn't mention religion nor does the question have anything to do with religion. It is almost as if they sometimes use religion as a base for their arguments against something.

If you don't have a religion or don't believe in God, then why use them as a sorce of your argument? Why say "those people did that because they suffured from some mental condition etc". Why not say "those people did that because he was raised christian, etc.
