Now if folks can get the Bull Fighting community a spot, even if you have to get to it from a back door, why can't the Pagan Community get a Pagan subset?

T - Thanksgiving to God
S - Supplication (or petitioning God for our needs and for the needs of others.)

Why is it that JW's aren't allowed to have blood transfusion? In a case of a child(unbaptized) of a JW - the doctor advised for blood transfusion to save the child from death, would you as a parent give consent? If not, do you hold guilt of your child's death because you have resisted the transfusion same as you have disallowed your child to live longer?

That humans are NOT animals??? I saw a few Christians post that. If we aren't animals, what are we? Plants? Bacteria? Protists? Fungi?

I mean, we ARE animals! We belong to the kingdom animalia (animals).

Same with the fact that they think we aren't apes... we ARE. It's proven! I can understand that they think God created the universe and was the overseer of evolution, but it's pretty obvious. We're apes.

I also thought that all Christians nowadays just thought Adam and Eve was a folk story, same with Noah's ark. They believe that???

Among many things.... one main thing- and it all starts with Jesus.
How does Jesus have no human father? Does this mean that God...did you know... with Mary? Even if its like a miracle or something, it still reminds me of the old Greek myths where Zeus or something impregnated mortal women....ie VERY paganistic. Same thing with "Son of God". This is like a pagan Greek myth, where Heracles ( Greek for Hercules) and Perseus or something were half-human, half-god, sons of gods.
And how is there 3 gods? Jesus, God, and then a"holy ghost". What is a holy ghost? This has nothing to do with Halloween right? I thought not.
The crucifix with Jesus on it? That really, really, looks like an idol. You know, the ones that you keep in your pocket and/or the ones that hang on the wall. I mean, how are you supposed to pray in peace when there's an almost life-size figure of some guy bleeding to death on a cross right above your head? Looks like pagan idols to me.

because the bible said so. thats a cop out basicly you let a book writen by who knows tell you how to live your life. so my question is why is that your answer ? and why is it that you are so certain jesus is who ppl say he really is being there have been millions of ppl through out time claiming to be the son of god what makes you so sure you havent fallen prey to a 2000 yr old lie?

Why did the Catholic church try and stop the Bible being translated into common languages? For instance when William Tyndale translated it into English they had him strangled and burned at the stake? They also bought as many of his translation as they could and burned them. A church burning the Bible. Why does the Catholic church fear the Bible? Is it because it proves many of their traditions false?

My boyfriend told me last night that in the past, he has felt like he has had a problem with porn and masturbation. Now he is down to about once a week but feels guilty and wants to stop. Also he knows how devastated I was to hear it so he wants to stop for me too. He destroyed all of his porn so I know he's serious about quitting. It would have been easy for him to lie to me because we don't live together and I had no idea. He just felt the need to be honest with me. My problem is it does bother me but I do love him. Also, I am a virgin and am waiting til I'm married so I can't relate at all. (By the way, he totally respects my decision.) I almost feel as though God sent him to me to help him through this so I don't want to abandon him. He's so wonderful in every other way. What should I do?

I never understood that. If the church says you can eat eggs during Lent on Fridays, doesn't that kinda mean that a fetus is not considered a real baby? Like before 2 months of pregnancy? I think that egg is a meat and you should not be able to eat it during Lent on Fridays.

Seriously, you could take a lesson or two from the great Parker and Stone. Have you ever seen Super Best Friends? Joseph Smith is united with the other best friends against evil(except Buddha, who doesn't really believe in evil). He has ice breath for crying out loud!

The book of mormon clearly states Another testiment of Jesus Christ. The book of mormon clearly contridicts the Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ... Does it not fall into the catagory of Galations 1:6-9 and 2 Corinthians 11:3-15

For 1500 years there was no "Protestant" schism and Christianity was basically the RCC.

When Non Christians called them false and misguided then were they CORRECT as per the Protestants ?

In other words, are Protestants saying that the Non Christians were correct in calling early Christianity the wrong path for 1500 years ?
