If god is love then love is God. Would you propose that it is sensible to say, "I God you," to your child or your spouse?
If God is peace then peace is God. Should differing nations sign "God Treaties" ?
If God is joy.... is it right to "jump with God" ? (Hmm ?)
These are confusing usages of the word god, aren't they?
If God is confused then confused is God. Now this seems better, doesn't it ?
"I feel God" seems to swap nicely with "I feel confused."
What do you feel ?

Randy: Don't you feel great fear, as I do, that we are surrounded by people who have lost their sanity, when you read most of the answers posted here?
One person even said "your mind is the only obstacle" to keep you from believing.---Is this not an admission that you must turn off your brain to be a believer.---They have been convinced that this is the " sensible " thing to do.---and they wonder why they are ridiculed.
The more I listen to theists, the more fear I have for the future of this planet.

If there is a God, and this God is love, then that would explain where the old saying "Love Hurts" comes from.

I feel like I know my God very well and He's not a puppet on a string or a sky fairy. He knows what is the right thing for me and He takes care of me. I need only to praise His holy name. I'm not confused.

It is not as simple as just replacing Love, Joy & Peace with God.
Its the feeling that we have when we experience Him. When we felt His Love, His Peace and His Joy.

Weapon in the hand of a fool is dangerous. But the same weapon is a protector when it is with the police or army
God is everything. We need to understand the difference between various things. Then everything will become the same. Milk, god, God, love and all! (confusing?)

Is everyone monotheist? Or even theist for that matter? I would not agree that replacing words with God would more sense.

I will tell you what happened to me.I went in my room .I said Jesus I am a sinner.I know You died on the cross for my sins.Please forgive my sins.Come into my heart.And wam Jesus filled me with so much love and peace and the knowing in my heart that I would live forever with Jesus.What a relief that was!

Love, peace, justice, knowledge are all attributes of God. Does this help you thinking. I do understand why there is confusion. No one never explained what they meant. So God is love, One of his attributes is love. All loving and He loves unconditional.
