How come that it's mostly the innocent children that can see them (ghosts)?

I used to be able to hear things others couldn't as a child, and sometimes is still have precognitive 'fits'. I even get stray bits of information, like the names of murderers the poice are trying to find. I've seen 'snapshot' images of other peoples thoughts too.

Why do Abrahamic religions brand something that comes quite naturally to me and mine as coming from the devil? How can just 'knowing' the outcome of an event be the work of Satan? I didn't ask for this, it's useless and makes no difference to my life. I don't consort with anything supernatural, but still Ithese things happen.

In case you ask, I have no psychiatric problems, and I have witnesses to the precognition and some other things.

...then why are they against such things as abortions and suicides?

and some christians also argue, that the sooner we end up at the side of jesus the better.

So if physical life is non-important for christians - why do they fight for it anyway?

Just a question, not an accusation or something I even have a strong feeling on. At least not yet.

I believe Jesus stated he was against those that are "wishy washy". Yet many want to only pick parts of the New Testament that they like.

Is being a Christian an all or nothing endeavor? Or is it just as complicated as the whole human experience?

That's why I have a good chuckle at anyone who knows the "100%" truth. That goes to all believers and non believers.

What do you say? Is there room for moderation in Christianity?

I'd love to understand a couple of them better. Is there a book at the Christian book store, that explains their meanings better? OR... do you think the Lord has to give us that understanding?

Non-believers needn't respond. Thanks.

Undoubtedly, you know that muslims bow down to the creator of the universe in their 5 daily prayers.

I don't know how many muslims he represents, but I've read many articles about him and he's said in the past that the "Zionist regime" will be "wiped off the map" and that he's on a mission from Allah.

Instead of calling ourselves Atheists, can we just call ourselves Adelusionists?

With God all things are possible
Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them. With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Dear Friends, As we look ahead , no doubt we all have prayers we would like to have answered, we all have expectations. We tend to set goals for ourselves that is wonderful to do, especially determination concerning faithfulness to God and seeking his will for our lives.
I want to encourage you today with these words from Jesus above. With God all things are possible.

We as Americans need to quit looking at color and start looking at the truth.I am not sure of all the facts and I am not saying race isn't a factor here. But from what I can see and hear there is an injustice being comitted here and that should cause all of us to be concerned no matter what race, religion or culture we come from. Equality and justice for all is what America is supposed to be about.Making it a racial issue rather than an injustice will only produce division, hatred, and more racisim at best.Try and look at this without color and then we all will see the truth.

" And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Jesus

Whether or not our beliefs are the same, shouldn't we be standing by those of other faiths in their darkest hour of oppression? Using the "Domino Theory" as a guide, wouldn't the outcome of the conflict in Burma set precidence for possible future oppression of religions worldwide if a worldwide stand is not taken?

John 5:37 Also, the Father who sent me has himself borne witness about me. YOU have neither heard his voice at any time nor seen his figure; 38 and YOU do not have his word remaining in YOU, because the very one whom he dispatched YOU do not believe.

Rather than even paying attention to an argument from a Christian, atheists just reject and ignore an argument simply because it's coming from a Christian. That is immature and it shows weakness in your beliefs (or lack of beliefs). You are so stubborn and bigoted against Christianity, you won't even entertain a Christian argument.
You can create straw man arguments for Christianity and then easily refute them, but you cannot refute the real arguments that are presented.
Is it because you know that if you actually gave it some thought instead of ridiculing it, that you would not be able to be refute it and you'd have no choice but to accept Christ? What are you afraid of? Are you afraid of being confronted with the truth of the Lord?
