Did you know that jesus pbuh used to bow down head to the ground? Read the bible if you do not believe me.

Undoubtedly, you know that muslims bow down to the creator of the universe in their 5 daily prayers.

Who are the true followers of christ?

emperor, all the prophets came with the same message. Muhammad pbuh is simply the final prophet sent to mankind.

Skepsis: as an answer to your question:
there is a vesr in the koran which says:
God does not burden a soul with more than it can handle.
And another that says:
God wants ease for you and not hardships. People are paralyzed by God's will and they can pray sitting down.

rosonero, the bible says that we should be in constant remembrance of God.
Nobody prays 24 hours a day, but muslims have a prayer for everything they do. Example: entering bathroom, leaving your home, entering your home,
sleeping, eating etc.

in addition to the 5 daily prayers and the
suna prayers.

the 5 prayers are merely the obligatory prayers. People can do as many extras as they wish.

Those who deny the prophecy to Mohammed (saws), are the same people that denied the prophecy to Jesus Christ.. only Jews have that rancor to all might God.
The folks that answered, either they are Closet Jews or simply they just repeat lies they have been fed since the creation of the Protestant church by Dr Martin Luther, of which I suggest to our brothers Christians (whatever they call themselves) to Read his book titled : "The Lies of The Jews"
The true followers of Christ are the Moslems, for they have reverence and respect to Jesus a lot more than any Christian Charlatan east to west.
Moslems did not forget nor forgive for that God has cast eternal wrath for the killers of Prophets and the twisters of the Bible and the Torah.

I pray way more than 5 times a day. Paul reminded us we should be in constant prayer. So 5 times a day is a pretty small amount. Christians are the true followers of Christ, you can become one too:

Robin: The bible says to pray without ceasing. It shouldn't be taken to mean pray every second of the day/don't sleep, but I take it to mean pray more than the 5 times/ times you've mentioned and I would be very surprised to find out you spend more time in prayer than I do in a typical day.

the bible tells us to pray without ceasing. Now, since it would not be possible for a person to literally spend the rest of their lives in a specific prayer, this instruction must point to the attitude of prayer within one's heart. This is further supported by Jesus' teaching that real sin begins in the heart. (Refer to the sermon on the mount.)

So, the true followers of Christ are those that follow him in heart and deed; not simply in outward works.

I would still like to hear you thoughts on why you are concerned with who the true followers of Christ are when Muslims expressly deny Christ's divinity and place higher emphasis on Muhammad. To put it in very plain speech, Muslims would most likely say "who cares who follows Jesus. God wants you to follow Muhammad." Then to go on and reference the bible to support your position further betrays your point. I'm a little confused as to what you are trying to accomplish.

But I do agree with you that we should all be concerned with ensuring we are true follower's of Jesus. Christian, Muslim, or whatever.

Um. But Christ never said to do that.

The true followers of Christ would be Jews that love their neighbors as themselves.

Sorry, just literate here..don't care for Islam, Christianity or Judaism as lifestyle choices....but I tolerate it.

You are sad if you believe in a lie. Revelation ch 11 tells
about two prophets. The revelation at the end talks about
the false prophet.Jesus was the son of God.We follow in his
foot steps.

There is only One Church... The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head... those who are of The Body of The Church and the ones of The True Christian Faith... Only those of The Church will enter Heaven... Those who follow the deceptions of islam will never enter Heaven... UNLESS they come to God in The Way He prescribes... islam has ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to do with The Church... except for being the enemy of it.

I really like the idea that you are a Muslim but a true follower of JESUS CHRIST.

Now if only you would renounce the hatred and terrorism of your more radical jihadist brothers and sisters - I might actually respect you.

I didn't think that Muslims were followers of Christ but rather Muhammad and Allah.

Forgive me if I misspelled their names.
