Some Christians do not want to admit, it is a sin and those who commit this are going to hell. (The Bible Says so)

I saw a question that made me think, I wonder if most of you were Christians. Christianity is the most absurd and hate filled, in my opinion. The wonderful Christians who are intelligent enough not to take the bible literally would not be the cause of anyone turning away from God. Do you agree?

I'll bet not one atheist was Wiccan or Buddhist. Why? Because those beliefs do not claim to be the ONLY right way. Those beliefs do not judge based on some idiotic 2000 year old book.

Or were you always atheist? Did you just never see any reason to believe in a supreme being?

I have often wondered if man hasn't always needed a supreme being to offer answers to question for which there are no answers. Not on this side of life anyway.

in this "kalyug" period..Daily there are murders,robbery,pple killing each other or terrorist attacks,conflicts on little things,human trafficking,cyber crimes,infiedilities or ozone layer depletion,global warming,population growth...etc etc...list is endless

i dont knw where we all are headed too?
or is the world going to end just coz of crazy pple around the world?
why the innocents are being killed ..in the name of religion and worst politics??
or are you ready for the world war-3??
people have become soo selfish and crazy for "money"..
i think time has come..
every one knows that ""to remove evil from the world..god will come soon""..to destroy the worst peple of society and save the innocent ones..and judging them through there karma..

If they are unable to make health decisions on their own, should I be allowed to do so on their behalf?

If they are incapacitated and can no longer care for themselves, or make decisions for themselves, should I be allowed to take them home and provide care?

If my spouse dies, should I be allowed to keep all property that we have purchased together, in addition to inheriting any property they have only in their name..assuming no one else is named in a will?

Oh yeah, I am gay...my spouse is another guy....we are unable to legally marry...

While we can go to great lengths and expense to hire attorneys to draw up the appropriate documentation to protect us in such cases....most times courts will side with a blood relative over a non-related person in these matters...even when there are legal documents present.

So, my question is...out of basic decency and humanity, why wouldn't you support some sort of legal recognition of our 17 year relationship?

I know that Mormons have a... strange religion but Baptists and Catholics and Islam aren't exactly weirdness-free either. What are you trying to prove by this?

If atheists were not afraid of God, they would not try so hard to debunk Him. But they don't seem to do anything, except hate the Christian faith and use childish insults against Christians. I have not as yet seen an argument of any substance from an atheist. If they are the great thinkers they think they are, lets see some meat in their comments!!!

Fortunately I am not a Christian, so I need not concern myself with this particular rule.

But for the "christians" amongst us, when did you get to be so perfect you can lecture others about what they are doing wrong? Most of you haven't even read the bible, yet you feel perfectly qualified to tell us that gays are an abomination who will go to hell for their sinful ways.

Isn't it about time to confess you hate homosexuals and the only reason you quote the bible is because you think your hatred carries more weight if you say God hates them too?

If you believe yourself a sinner who has yet to give up sin, then who are you to preach to others about giving up sin?

I've been reading lots of questions and answers in the religious section and was just struck by the thought "what if we are all wrong?". When the world ends will we all be standing around with our thumbs up the gazoo going huh?

Every religious group and non-religious group thinks they are right. Maybe all of this is a big joke and the Powers That Be are having a grand time watching us kill ourselves off with such nonsense.
