Believed or not I can't vote for the President of the USA and I'm a born American citizen. Yes I'm from the colony of Puerto Rico. Do you think is fair?
The concept is completely illogical because If I move to Florida, for example, I can use the vote.
More than 55 Puerto Ricans die in Iraq and counting.

To answers your question : I hope I can vote for a good Democrat candidate.
