number one_ not converted, reconverted. all human born as muslim and some of the converted them to other religion. so if some one like to come back then it will be reconverted.

number two _ the most important thing is to accept islam yo have not only to say the the kalema , u have to belive it, and most importantlly u have to prove it that u r beliving that by ur did.

every one can say it but only muslim can follow it

That's not entirely true. You not only have to SAY it, you must BELIEVE in it as well. If one says it without belief or understanding, then it is void.
