If you were an aide to a foreign country nobody would have to ask if you were sent by your country's ruler to represent him or
his country. They would know you conduct official business in his name every day which would necessitate communication with him so you could know his mind on things..

The Bible says of Christians that we are strangers and pilgrims on the earth which means we are ambassadors from
another country or kingdom. In this case it is the Kingdom of God. Every Christian who cares about anyone because of their need of Christ shares the good news of the Kingdom of God that was purchased with the blood of Jesus Christ.

Now, we talk with the King of the Kingdom every day, and He gives us assignments to do. Many are very simple like living clean and holy in a world filled with wickedness, but others are very specific tasks like preaching or evangelizing. Since we have this intimate relationship with our Creator and Lord we know when he is telling us to go and speak.

Even without a specific mandate to speak on YA we would still be obedient to the Lord because He told us that we are to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every living creature. We can never talk with the wrong person about the Lord because God is not willing that any should perish but that all men should come to repentance. It is God's love that constrains us to reach out to lost and dying humanity before it is eternally too late for them to be saved.

Why don't you ask the atheists that, they talk about him all the time but they don't believe he exists. Figure that one out, they have become the I don't believe in God experts, and just love this site. Mind boggling isn't it? I don't believe he actually appointed me to say this, but I said it on my own behalf.

1 CORINTHIANS 25 - 29. And I personally can vouch for that, and aside from Jesus, God has not had anybody qualified working for Him yet. God picks the worst of the worst sinners and personally I would have to admit I am one sick puppy. Take care and may God bless you spiritually.

Actually, ALL Christians have standing orders from Jesus to spread the teachings of Jesus to "all the world" according to Biblical passages too numerous to repeat here.

Who called YOU to tell Christians what we can and cannot say here?

All Christians have been chosen to speak on GODS behalf.
GOD has followers. Satan has followers. Which one you choose?
