1. God LOVES you and offers a wonderful PLAN for your life.

"God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life" John 3:16.

Why is it that people are not experiencing the abundant life?

2. Man is SINFUL and SEPARATED from God. Therefore, he cannot know and experience God's love and plan for his life.

Man Is Sinful
"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23.

3. Jesus Christ is God's ONLY provision for man's sin. Through Him you can know and experience God's love and plan for your life.

"God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" Romans 5:8.

4. We must individually RECEIVE Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God's love and plan for our lives.

"As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name" John 1:12

a) I don't believe there's a God as I don't see any proof to believe. If you can show me proof then we can discuss the possibility of their being a God. And if you can't show me proof then there is no God.

or

b) Well if you can bring me some proof then I would be glad to look into your claim of their being a God but as of right now I don't believe there to be any higher power. But at the same time I am willing to look for some evidence by myself just to see if I can prove or disprove the existence of any higher power.

Now before you guys go on attack mode just assume that I have no stance on the matter meaning don't assume that I am a Deist or Theist type of any sort such as a Christian, Muslim, Jew, or Hindu because maybe I am an Atheist or an Agnostic, or a Freethinker or Secular Humanist or Humanist of some sort.

So which of the two options fits your way of thinking and why?

Just kidding. I cover my head most of the time. Always for prayer and Mass. I am laughing because someone kidded me about it here saying I had blue hair. LOL I always use an avatar with a head covering. Do you think this avatar is a bad choice? Perhaps I should change back. LOL Thanks for the laugh.

We'll copy these biochemical machines we live in as virtual machines in a giant computer simulator. We can stay with our loved ones and even have bigger (blank) in the afterlife!

I have a close relationship with God. I pray everyday, and I always ask for his guidance, so that I may do what is right in my life. But in recent times, I find myself having more and more doubts about the Bible itself. Sometimes I feel torn between my belief in God and my belief in the bible. I was raised as a Catholic, and although I rarely attend church anymore, I still feel like my relationship to God is very strong. But sometimes I wonder if the Bible is just an interpretation of many different peoples relationships with God. A set of spiritual diaries if you will. Now, I'm not trying to condemn the Bible, there are many excellent points and views contained within its pages, but perhaps not all of it is true. I guess my question would be:
Is it not more important that I have my own personal relationship with God, instead of having to find Him through the words and interpretations of others?

I thought of a way to balance it.

The Creation Museum is located in Petersburg, Kentucky, which is very close to Cincinnati, Ohio.

http://www.creationmuseum.org/plan-your-visit

One of my worries about this has been that kids from some families will see the Creation Museum but not one of the good museums in the area, and that attractions teaching real science will suffer.

So I'm thinking the places that teach real science in the area need support from people who respect science and want it taught to America's children. Don't you think they could use some donations from out of state? I do.

This is a resolved debate between a good friend and I. However, I am wondering what others think. I am very interested in devouring numerous souls to secure my eternal damnation, and I think that a zygote salad would do nicely if they indeed have souls.

The New Testament has made women SUBSERVIANT to men.

The Old Testament says the believers should KILL all nonbelievers and idolators.

Muslims are trying to outbreed the rest of us. Just take a look at your muslim neighbours. It is not uncommon for them to have 8+ children.

What happens when they outnumber the rest of us 100 to 1. What will we do? It will be like the world vs Islam. Only thing is we are heavily outnumbered.

Also do you think that they are doing this as orders from someone else?

Please don't report me. I am very scared for our future and I want to know some opinions.

I am a muslim, i believe in Jesus, i believe in the Bible and that it was sent by God to guide people, but it was changed by people for personal benefits.

The Bible of today is certainly not the Bible that was sent on Jesus peace be upon him. Jesus didn't come to change anything but only to confirm what all prophets brought which is to believe in one God.

So for example alcohol, was forbidden in the Bible then people changed it and made it permisibe as a medicine only and then it became alright to drink it with a meal and now the Bible says nothing about it.

The first was a speech made by a student at graduation ceremony
She said " I want to tell you that Jesus Christ can give you eternal life in Heaven," On one hand, it could possibly be true but on the other hand, people of other religions are not going to have eternal life because they do not believe in Jesus Christ. (The school principal said that this young lady has been very arrogant an ignorant
The second case was from another religious person who said this:

"I believe that there is only one God and that people simply perceive that God in different ways. I also don't think God cares how (or if) people perceive him. There is no 'one true religion' simply different ideas about the one God."
If one analize these two statements, one gets two the conclusion that they can not be both true.
The first statement needs Jesus Christ. The second statement don't. One can not have it both ways.

I was just reading the article on the front page of Yahoo about how scientists plan stem cell cure for blindness. This is incredible and will help these people be able to leave a normal life.
On the side there is a small article where Cardinal Douchebag has warned warned Catholic MP's they could be thrown out of the church if they vote to overturn a ban on cloning human embryos.
First your against the use of stem cells because you say it's killing lives (that don't exist) and even if it's meant to save many more lives, it's not worth it (you people are idiots). Even though the stem cells that were to be used were going to be discarded anyways, it was like given the stem cells a purpose, a great one at that. So then scientists come up with the idea of cloning the stem cells so you religious people can't complain about how it will murder all the embryos, but that's not good enough either because cloning is some immoral act against god.
You always get in the way of advancing life.

I would just like to know if you think we are in the last days??? i do believe we are, and i posted a question earlier asking "end of world 2007"? because i keep having these feelings that it will be the end of this year.....because of all the things going on right now, and the government is already thinking about taking the "in god we trust" words off of money....and i know once the government says that there will be no more preaching and we need to close all churches, then armageddon will come. Arent we just about there?????
