No. Not actual virgins. Everything in Revelations is symbolic:

14:4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.

In Revelation chapter 2, John first introduced the woman Jezebel as a repreentation of the wicked works of the world. It is with this woman that the people of the world “commit fornication,” or “sleep in the bed with her.”

John again uses being “defiled,”or “committing fornication with the woman,” as a representation of those who are seeking after the glory, honor, and material things of the world. Once a person has heard the truth, and begins to do what is heard instead of just listening and doing nothing, that person figuratively begins to bring forth fruit.

The “firstfruits” mentioned by all prophets are those things which are the first we do once we have come to a knowledge of the truth. When the truth is known, the pursuit of worldly education, pleasure, and worldly lusts are the first things overcome. Thus, those who have given these things up (“virgins,” who have not committed “fornication with the woman”) are like “the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.”

I got this explanation from THE book explaining what EVERY verse in Revelation means. You can read it for free or purchase it from the site below.

In Revelation 14:1-4, the 144,000 described as standing with the Lamb on Mount Zion are said to have been “bought from the earth. These are the ones that did not defile themselves with women; in fact, they are virgins.” These are shown as having a more intimate relationship with the Lamb than any others do, being the only ones to master the “new song.” (Re 14:1-4) This would indicate that they make up the “bride” of the Lamb. (Re 21:9) They are spiritual persons, as revealed by the fact that they stand on the heavenly Mount Zion with the Lamb. Therefore their ‘not defiling themselves with women’ and their being “virgins” would not mean that none of these 144,000 persons had ever been married, for the Scriptures do not forbid persons on earth who are to be joint heirs with Christ to marry. (1Ti 3:2; 4:1, 3) Neither would it imply that all the 144,000 were men, for “there is neither male nor female” as far as the spiritual relationship of Christ’s joint heirs is concerned. (Ga 3:28) The “women” therefore must be symbolic women, doubtless religious organizations such as Babylon the Great and her ‘daughters,’ false religious organizations, the joining of and participation in which would prevent one from being spotless. (Re 17:5) This symbolic description harmonizes with the requirement in the Law that the high priest of Israel take only a virgin for his wife, for Jesus Christ is Jehovah’s great High Priest.—Le 21:10, 14; 2Co 11:2; Heb 7:26.

My guess is that you are referring to
Revelation 14:4
These are they which were not defiled with women;for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. these were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.(KJV)
This verse makes more sense with a few words restored.
"These are they which were not defiled with the woman who sits upon the beast; for they remain as virgins, committing no fornication with her. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These are the redeemed from among men, and are the first fruits unto God and to the Lamb.

In [Revelation]chapter 2, John first introduced the woman Jezebel as a representation of the wicked works of the world. It is with this woman that the people of the world "commit formication" or "sleep in the bed with her" or "committing fornication with the woman," as a represemtation of those who are seeking after the glory, honor, and marerial things of the world.
Once a person has heard the truth, and begins to do what is heard instead of just listening and doing nothing, that person figuratively begins to bring forth fruit. The "first fruits" mentioned by all the prophets are those things which are the first we do once we have come to a knowledge of the truth. When the truth is known, the pursuit of woldly education, pleasure, and worldly lusts are the first things overcome. Thus, those who have given these things up ("virgins", who have not committed "fornication with the woman") are like "the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb."

My answer is:
No... it does not mean "actual" physical virgins.
The term virgin is figurative for those who have given up the ways of the world to follow the teachings and example of the Lamb/Jesus Christ.

In the book of revelation there are two kinds of women .In 12th chapter , there is a woman whose dress was the sun and who had moon under her feet, is represented a pure church.Always in the bible women is considered as the church. An another women is given in the 17th chapter. The mother of all the prostitutes and perverts in the world.Second women is exactly opposite the first. When first one is the church following god's commandment Second one is committing all sin .Rev.13;2-4 the 1,44000 are the people who did not commit any sin .So they did not defile with the Second women .They are not the members of the so called churches.

When a believer wanders away from God and practices idolatry, God considers this to be adultery (see Jeremiah 3 and Hosea, for example). Conversely, when a believer stands fast in God, He considers him or her to be a spiritual virgin. So the 144,000 in Revelation are spiritual virgins, not physical ones -- meaning their belief in God has never been defiled by idolatry.

Revelation 7

144,000 Sealed

1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea: 3 "Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God." 4 Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel.

5 From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed,
from the tribe of Reuben 12,000,
from the tribe of Gad 12,000,

6 from the tribe of Asher 12,000,
from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000,
from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,

7 from the tribe of Simeon 12,000,
from the tribe of Levi 12,000,
from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,

8 from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000,
from the tribe of Joseph 12,000,
from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.

Revelation 14

The Lamb and the 144,000

1 Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father's name written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps. 3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. 4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among the human race and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless
