They forgot the most important thing about marriage - the vows they took and swore to in front of many witnesses!
I like Christian marriage - "What God has joined together" let no man seperate. Most Christians have marriages that last.
I don't know exactly what happens to the rest but I am sure the
variety of "factors or excuses" causing the breakup would fill a
few books. I think the biggest factors in the breakup of those Christian marriages is either a Christian marries an unbeliever in disobedience to God or if both are Christians they fail in trusting God to heal whatever is wrong in their marriage.
My wife and I have been together over 28 years and though we have had our share of ups and downs our commitment to Christ and to each and our children has kept our marriage strong. We are a very close family and have a home of love.
EDIT: WHICH PART OF THIS TRUTH DIDN'T YOU LIKE?

It's not necessarily their fault. If you assume a 50-50 chance that either partner was primarily at fault, the chance that this person was not responsible for any of the failures is 12.5%.

It says they had the courage to remove themselves from an unhappy relationship three times. Especially courageous if you happen to be Christian. Life is too short to live it in quiet desperation. That's what the church expects you to do.

Is a church supposed to judge you like that? If it does, then you probably want to find one that doesn't. Christ came to save the sinner! And the Church is His "body" here on earth.

Depends. Either they are a loser, or a bad judge of character. Might be alcoholic, or had a bad father figure if a woman and she keeps choosing a jerk to deal with unconscious factors involving her father.

I reject the notion of a failed marriage.
Success isn't defined by waiting untill the other person dies. Just because a couple didn't get divorced doesn't mean they had a successful, "happy" marriage. Likewise, divorce doesn't mean failure.
