We are children of God, so need no question Ask.

yeah i said it! i get so sick of atheist bashing christians, what are you so scared of???Is it that you want to live your life how you want to live it, in sin and you dont want to face the consequences of what is going to happen to you(hell) for not being saved and beleiving in god ?so you just dont beleive in god so that you dont have to think about it? Im not trying to judge anyone because i dont think Im perfect but i just dont understand how you can deny a god who has given us everything and done so much for us!!!!

It just seems to me that god stopped creating things before we had written language to document it. Seems a little convenient to me.
And don't use the "when a female becomes pregnant, god is creating the baby inside her". We all know scientifically how this happens.

I have a question about forgiveness. According to many of the answers of this question

no matter what one does in life, if they repent and ask god for forgiveness they will go to heaven. So does this mean that I can be a horrible, mean, murdering, raping, child molesting, drug dealing, adulterous, greedy prostitute and then, on my death bed, ask for forgiveness and go to heaven?
If you ask me, that just seems ridiculous and VERY flawed.

I am an atheist. Now I don't profess myself to be wise as the Bible claims atheists do. I don't claim to know if God exists or not. The only thing I am sure of is that I don't know. My question is, how does complexity prove God exists? Complexity says absolutely nothing about the existence of God. Complexity certainly does not prove that it was designed. And besides that, the way something looks is completely subjective. It may look designed to you, but it does not look designed to me. The way something looks is not scientific evidence. Now I have no problem with faith. But keep faith out of schools please. If you want to learn about God, go to church. Churches these days are popping up like McDonalds, don't tell me you can't find one.

Psychic means one who is able to read fate within their ability, hence a psychic "reading". Just as people can read better and faster than others, so can some people be more psychic than others. How do people not see this?
Fate does not mean we don't have free-will, it is simply that things are planned in an open-ended manner. Fate is not a straight line, it is many lines in which we have the choice at the crossroads. How does this not make sense?

Why, if psychic means "reader" just as we read people, and fate is the list of many paths we can take, do people think it's not real? If the spirit exists, and God exists, and Jesus and miracles exist, why is it so hard to believe psychics are real?
Even Jesus made mistakes. He said, in his defense: Let him who is without sin cast the first stone. Can we not see the truth? He basically said: Yes, I've made mistakes, but so have you! He didn't pick up a stone and say, "Hah! What now?"
Even psychics make mistakes, so why not believe?

I have provided an example in the link above to a question that was just asked by a christian. you guys criticize us for being intolerant, impatient, unknowledgeable, unworthy, unintelligent, and list of other unsavory adjectives. however, when YOU see fit, you jump on the dozens bandwagon too.

How much restraint do you really have? hey, I come here everyday to mess with you guys, I don't deny that. However, I also don't hold myself in high esteem over other people either.

I would like for christians to admit that you really enjoy doing what you call the wrong thing (playing the dozens and insulting atheists).

The million dollar question is: where are all of the christians who know this is wrong? why are you not telling people like this they are wrong. Is it because you secretly feel good when they do it?

when you seek the Lord ask him for wisdom on things in the bible. Ask what is love?What do you want with my life?Is there somthing in my life that is garbage?Can I see your holispirit? Will you draw closer to me? Walk with me God, will you please talk to me?Bring me Joy God. Does this life have to be meaningless? What is holiness? Do I seek you God? If I don't, teach me to seek and give me the heart of a seeker. Come on God you promised me holiness and a wife, keep your promises, with me. Teach me to hear your voice. Will you open a door God in my life, it's only seeking? Can I be perfect? What is your Rightousness? Can you encurage my seek Lord unto you? How does one walk with power in the holy spirit? and if you insist that Jesus is a virgin birth which makes him different than Adam, then what do you think of this animal who also is a virgin birth?

do you think Jesus is any different than Adam? do you think Jesus hasn't been created inside his mother? who created Jesus eyes, hands, legs, arms and organs? do you think because Jesus had a virgin birth then that makes him the son of God. didn't you know that God is all powerful able to do all things. just like how God created Adam from dust, Eve from rib, and Female Komodo Dragon from Virgin Births, so is God is able to create Jesus from a virgin birth.

God knew the whole thing beforehand anyway right? he KNEW that Jesus would come back to heaven for all eternity so WHAT exactly has God "sarificed"?

even the pain that Jesus had,that's a small thing when you take it in the light of an all powerful being,if you ask me how would i have like to be nailed,then you're talking of this whole thing in a HUMAN concept,so then where does the DIVINITY fit in?

When i ask Christians to explain the trinity, this is what they say:
Jesus is the son of God, But he is also God at the same time. God sent his son (Jesus/God) down to earth to save us. And the Holy Spirit is up there in the heaven as a spirit/ghost.
And then i say:
I dont understand it, can you elaborate more.
Then they say:
Neither do I, i cant really understand it but i believe it. You have to have faith that you understand it. But i believe it with all my heart....
I have asked my professors and Christian friends, they all say similar things. Every time after they attempt to explain it, they always end with something like the above (i cant understand it, i just believe in it). To me it is all fine if you have strong faith and belief in something, but make sure you understand what you believe.
So this is my Question.
Why would God reveal something to humans that we don’t understand, and expects us to have blind faith and believe rather then have a substantial understanding?
