Roger Williams, pastor of the oldest Baptist Church in America, gave up his ministry with the statement that: “There is no regularly constituted church of Christ on earth, nor any person qualified to administer any church ordinances; nor can there be until new apostles are sent by the Great Head of the Church for whose coming I am seeking.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Priesthood_of_all_believers

ok, is it so hard to believe that maybe god created more than one religion to reach diffrent ppl in the world and is it so crazy to think that maybe god created gay ppl equal to straight ppl, and that maybe gay ppl were born gay, i know you agree that god makes no mistakes so if a person who is gay is destined to burn in hell then why would god make a gay person that would defeat the purpose of them even living if they dont have a chance? and, ( i know im rambling) is it so crazy to believe that maybe the bible you worship ( koran and kabalah is well, im not just talking about christians) could have been rewritten to meet the standards or needs of a certain society or that societys rulers, maybe a really mean guy said " hey all gays go to hell" and wrote it down and called it devine word? do you guys ever wonder? i consider myself a christian/ muslim and these are just things i ponder

Note: This is possible, all you have to do is ignore the entire idea and be neutral.

Is it not your saviour who tells you not to judge others lest you be judged? Is it not your saviour who tells you to treat others the way you want to be treated?

So if you judge the hearts of others, accuse them of being "hate-filled" and other insults, and persecute them for what you believe you see in them, are you not inviting this kind of treatment in return?

Are you to be the judges over what is in the hearts of others, or is that the job of your god?

Why can't there be a formula for religious studies/exercises? (Like church and religion?) I mean, it seems to work for the most part, yet so many people refer to dogma and religious practices with derision and have no respect for them.

*yeah, I know I know, a conditional question. I couldn't help it. It's been on my mind today, so I hope you'll bear with me and not think any worse of me for putting it up. Thanks for your responses. Tell me how dogma and ritual makes you feel.

We will all grow together in a world of chaos.....

A field of waving... we will all be.....

Some will run... some shall be in utter awe of what they see.....

But, we will all fall down.......

Why fear the reaper?

The name "Hindu" originates from a persian word which was used to describe all inhabitants that lived below the sindhu river. So with this stupid logic, everyone in India is a Hindu.

In light of the fact that the vedas comprises the fundamental doctrines of the "Hindu" religion, do you agree that Hinduism should be re-named "Vedism", or "brahmanism" or something else???

I don't understand why you pick out verses that say atheists are not going to heaven while forgetting that God loves everyone.
if God loves everyone of us, brothers and sisters in the lord, than you christians need to stop harrassing atheists with the fear of hell.
the truth is, only us christians have the fear of going to hell.
than you wonder why atheists hate us so much.
GOD IS LOVE!
