A feral child is a human child who, from a very young age, has lived in isolation from human contact and has no (or little) experience of human care, loving or social behavior, and, crucially, of human language. Feral children are extremely rare having been brought up by animals, confined by humans (often parents) or live in the wild in isolation.

have you heard the word? http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20670001&refer=us&sid=afIESX3LdgnQ
how do you like that? al gore shall be the new messiah! i'm not into organized religion at all, but c'mon! this country is primarily christian. what are these nutcases doing, replacing the gideon bible with al gore's book (al gore the hypocrite, who also stated recently that "smoking causes global warming") on global warming being that he uses up more electricity in his mansion in one month than any other household does in his state in an entire year? who is al gore, the new guru? i'll bet that fundamentalist christians will say that he is the beast in sheep's clothing. would you make reservations to stay in a hotel that refuses to place the bible in a room, but puts in its place al gore's new GW scare book?

Seriously, you can say that it's "gratifying the flesh" or a form of idolatry, but even things like chocolate or TV can fall into this same category. Also, I've heard many say that it's sorcery and of the devil, but come on, it's not sorcery unless you're a witch or whatever and holding a siance, black mass, etc. Yes, sorcerors did use drugs to induce altered states of consciousness' as part as their communication with demons and the like, but that doesn't mean that everyone who smokes pot is a sorceror. All sorcerors might smoke pot but not all pot smokers are sorcerors. In fact, I feel more religous and spiritual when I'm high, and by that, I mean towards God and His Son and His beautiful creation and His awesome love. It is a God-given plant with hundreds of medicinal properties, but like everything that is good and decent, Satan has made something evil out of it--which is abusing it to the point of where it becomes a god to you and all you can do is think about it.

Yes, I believe the Bible does teach election. I believe that all those who are saved (and will be saved in the future) were elected by God before the creation of the world. Here are some passages that support this view:

John 6:44
Romans 9:14-24
Ephesians 1:5
1 Peter 2:8 (this verse is stated in the negative by asserting that the unsaved were predestined to fall and be damned)
Jude 4 (another verse which is stated in the negative about the condemnation of the false teachers which was planned long ago)

If you disagree feel free to respond below. I would like to hear your thoughts.

It happened over 1300 years ago in Asia and Europe and it could happen again. I think within the next 25 years the United Kingdom could become a Muslim nation. It may not be in our lifetime but the USA could be over run with Islam. When it happens (if it does) there will not be any toleration. It will either be convert or die. Which will it be for you?

The Bible clearly teaches that sinners are justified (declared righteous) by faith in Christ alone apart from the works of the law. Here are the biblical passages that support this truth:

John 3:16
Romans 3:28
2 Corinthians 5:21
Galatians 2:16
Ephesians 2:8-9
Philippians 3:9
Titus 3:5

Also, the Bible clearly states that God keeps us in his arms forever once we have become part of his spiritual family:

John 6:37, 51
Romans 8:1, 30, 38-39
Philippians 1:6
Jude 24

If you disagree please feel free to respond below.

what good comes out of it. if there's a God, how can he be so cruel. And why do you have to work your *** off to do something so impossible in order to get into this "heaven". I have received no reassurance from it. Never. I don't know what to believe after i have learned about all the human intervention of Gods message. Such as the Council of Nicaea and how buddhism is the epitome of asian culture. damn it all.

I got my answer through this book . Ok well anyways the question is when you pray to your King do you go before his throne and ask him to intervene in a particualr situation do you ask him to interfere on earth? Caus I'm telling u guys Once u understand that we must ask God to intervene on earth otherwise he won't. The earth belongs to human beings this law was spoken into existence by God in Genesis it cannot be reversed it is a law so we must ask him to intervene. Have any of you asked in that specific way caus I have to say it has worke

Why is the christian religion so westernised? The biblical characters would've all been from the middle east.
They were all Arabs..!!

Yet the westernised depictions of Jesus are with blonde hair, blue eyes, and along with depictions of the other characters, they all seem to be Germanic or Scandinavian.

It's very misleading, no surprises there of course..
Is it just another christian inconsistancy among so many others that it gets looked over as well?
It's downright racist.!

Truth?: A little underage Arab girl had an illegitimate child to a dirty old carpenter, and to avoid being stoned to death for this indescretion, as was the custom, the child was proclaimed to be an "immaculate conception", and just to be sure was proclaimed to therefor be the "son of god"..

Why else did they travel so far to have this child away from those that knew them? This is not an unusual scenario today, where guilt ridden young people feel the need to escape persecution for similair reasons..

..our only hope of surviving as a species, I mean. I ask this because, to me there is clearly a limited time left before some major changes are enforced upon us due to declining resources and still increasing global population. We live now in the age of religion and this present age simply cannot last forever.

His actions resulted in the establishment of the claimed chosen land, and the term holocaust implies a willing sacrifice. The Hitler name suggests Jewish family origin, probably from Moravia. He was certainly a king, for all practical purposes. How do we know it was not fore-ordained and this the means, the true motive for this burnt offering hidden from popular scrutiny, deliberately obscured? The messiah masked as a modern Haman?

The original sin is part of the doctrine Jewish-Christian and intends to explain the origin of the imperfection human and the inclination for the evil. According to this doctrine, and being based on the story of the book of the Genesis, Adam and Eva, the first human beings created by God, when disobeying to a divine law, they turn its nature and condition human being irreversivelmente modified. Could be this sentence "You are free to eat from any of the trees of the garden except the tree of knowledge of good and bad. ... the moment you eat from it you are surely doomed to die." a poetic expression meaning sex?

I know a purple angel.
A beauty to behold.
A wondrous sight indeed.
With a heart of purest gold.
Some may not appreciate
The beauty that I see.
But it really doesn't matter.
She is a friend to me.
I wish her peace and happiness.
I pray she has a brighter day.
Thank God for Purple Angels.
Who brighten up our way

Jesus is the only Son.
Jesus came into this world to save us from sin.
Jesus is the 2nd. person in the God head.
Jesus is the Creator of all things.
Read John 3:16, and read the gospel of John.

Honestly, fellow Christians and participants who are looking for genuine answers and questions. This is not the site. People post so much nonsense, ask imbecillic questions and are generally rude, crude and undesirable that I am fed up with it. I am truly saddened by it all and pray that all the participants on this site are Blessed by the Grace of God.

Cheers and good bye.

as a follow up to my last question, do you think those people who do bad things by faith are not "faithful"? In other words, do you believe they are lacking in faith, and that if they truly understood (insert religion here) that they wouldn't be doing these things?
