Catholics dogma has the Bible laid out so that it is read in full every three years ... mixing Old Testament . . . Psalms ... Gospels ... and additional New Testaments (Romans) ... so it's guaranteed that we read the\ Bible in full at mass ... but I was wondering how the other Christians guarantee this.

Im 21, and after attenting church once, the second time i changed over to become a Christian in which i surrendered my life to God. I feel really lost and confused a day after now.

I feel my life has become an empty shell now. I feel really goody goody, where before i was the naughty boy chatting up pretty girls in clubs and getting drunk, working out on my body and style. Now the feeling has gone away. Religion has taken away the pleasures that i once felt, and it feels a little depressing.

I feel my life has become an empty shell, and whilst i still believe in the power of Christ, i feel my surrender has come to early. I feel i want to revert back to old ways but my will wont allow me

Please help.

Could our Government really even think about targetting US citizens to promote a religious war ?

Are they Orchestrating terror (using others) all over the world with extreme deception and intelligence (Like Serpents) while professing that they are the "Doves" and peacemakers of the earth ?

Do some fundamentalist groups believe they have been chosen to usher in the end times and the return of Jesus by orchestrating chaos by way of deception ?
------

The question is...... could our Govt have EVER even thought about doing such a thing ?

Read about Operation Northwoods...

“US PLANNED FAKE TERROR ATTACKS ON CITIZENS TO CREATE SUPPORT FOR A WAR”

Why doesn't God just destroy him. If God is all powerful, shouldn't he be able to get rid of an angel, who is obviously lower on the totem pole than him? He can do anything and everything, yet he can't get rid of the devil. Hmmmm, makes a lot of sense.

Why are there still Christians that are trying to convert Native Americans? Do white Christians not teach their children acceptance? History? I have taught my children, as my parents taught me, to accept and love others for their differences and to never force our beliefs on others. I answer questions if asked but I never subject others to my beliefs.
Thank you for helping me to understand!

Create a perfect life? why is thier sickness, pain, suffering death? Who caused all that? and if it was human beings why are they unable to make life on earth perfect so all people can live life to the fullest since this in the only one they have?

Why can someone who is evil have all the money they want do whatever they like? and live life as a king? but a starving child who has nothing is sick has nothing? There is no fairness in that, so why is life like that? Can someone who does not believe in GOD give a child who is dying and a greiveing mother any hope? promises? other than (I'm sorry for you)?

Why do Christians accept medical care and surgeries to extend life? It seems to me that if a Christian came down with cancer, they would jump up and down celebrate, right? I mean, you are going to the perfect kingdome and paradise of heaven, right? Why would you want to extend your life here? Why don't you have wild parties when a loved one dies? They are in a perfect place now, right?

I don't get it. If I were a Christian, and I really believed in heaven, I'd be BEGGING to get cancer, or a heart attack or something so I can get out of here. If I were a Christian, and I was diagnosed with cancer, I'd refuse ALL medical care and have a big long party!

Why don't you Christians do this? Seems logical to me.

The Orthodox cross is an easy gesture that is most commonly repeated three times while saying: "God bless and protect" each time. Every Orthodox Christian should know how to do this without a second thought.

I've just seen some people here posting that it's better to be a Catholic pastor because there are not family problems. This reminded me that a Catholic Priest stole my wife. To make matters worse, he is still practising as a priest despite the higher church authoroties knowing about it. My estranged wife is a Catholic and she always met with this "father" for "spiritual upliftment". What hurt me most is that I never met the guy, until my wife ensured that we met. Hardly a month later, the truth was out. After I knew about it, she had the gall to want to spend nights in my house with the guy whe I was away on work assignments. I had just taken a bond of $40k to buy the house. This is my true story - No jokes about it! So, is that what Catholicism is about?
