I don't have to deny God-that fictional character just doesn't exist. As far as imaginary numbers go, I'd love to tell my professor I don't believe in them either but I doubt he'd find it amusing enough to consider it a correct answer.

I believe in many different gods and goddesses and I have passed psychiatric exams. Spiritual beliefs, when kept moderate, don't make you crazy. If I thought I was a god, or was constantly hearing their 'voices', I'd qualify as suffering mental disease. I have my faith, but it doesn't impair my ability to function in the Real World.

I think psychology and its current psychological examinations are tolerant to mildly delusional people. The idea of god-belief is an accepted anomaly because it is so widespread in our society that it is taken for granted the condition doesn't require professional treatment; however, it isn't necessarily taken for granted that the delusional teachings of religion are acceptable to all of our professions, public policy makers and schools included.
Perhaps we can look forward to improved political and educational systems with the ability to legislate around the falsehoods and teach away this misguided form of thinking.

No, my God is real. I believe I can. Cause I know I'm crazy at times. It's those who think they are perfect who need the exams. Abadeee, abadeee, abadeee, thats all folks!

I don't think I could pass a psychiatric exam, but it has nothing to do with my beliefs.

Beleif in imaginary gods? That would be stupid. I think you'll find that most people here think they believe in real ones.
Honestly, if you're going to poke fun at least do it consistently.

We have plenty of evidence that God exists in the existence of Creation, its incredible complexity and intelligent design. It didn't get here all by itself.
