I'm just curious why there was such an uproar about those cartoons. Why is it not allowed? Wasn't he a prophet and not a god?

when u go to heaven. I don't mean to be evil, but u should search for the truth.1 Corinthians 7:29...But this I say brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that they that have wifes be as though they had none. U probovely don't have any children in heaven ethier. U should have LISTENED to Gods teaching's on the flesh.

Since they don't just believe without evidence, they take it to a new level and believe even in the face of evidence to the contrary? I think they need a new word.

I know alot of you here, and I appreciate talking to all of you about God and the Bible and Spiritual things. We might not always agree, but it's always nice to come to a common ground and talk about things we all love and appreciate and agree on. Life is beautiful and our Baby Jayden will be here Monday !!! Any thoughts?

I really know and it is.It is true when they say you feel as white as snow..and as clean. It feels as if the river of god runs through you and cleans you.Anybody felt the smae way?And if you never asked Christ into your heart do so it's amazing...and judgement will come sooner or later so don't think you will get away with everything you do.

If god does have free will, It goes against the christian teachings that goes has a plan and knows everything that has been and everything that will be. If god does not have free will he is not an omnipotent God as held by Christians, he is not all powerful, all knowing and his actions are all predestined, and god is not able to make any choices, making prayer useless. I also have the question of our own free will. If we have free will, then god doesn't know what we will do. If this is the case than god again is not an all knowing god.

My husbands family are pentecostal. I was raised Catholic. His family is always telling me that Catholics are wrong and are beliefs are wrong. So I went to a few of their bible studies. I don't really agree with all of their beliefs, but they are constantly trying to convence me they are right. Every get-together or holiday they are always trying to preach their beliefs and trying to tell me I need to go to church and change my life. I believe in God, and I try to live my life the right way...but it's not gonna satisfy them unitl I convert to their religion. What should I do?

What is GODISNOWHERE? Is it GOD IS NOW HERE. Or is it GOD IS NO WHERE?

Or, is it neither. Rather it is the way you look at it?

When I asked if George Bush prays, she tried to send me to another category...seems fair game is getting pretty slim around here.

"thats not what hes concerned with
politics is in the other section "

I'll give you mine. I just got a 20/20 on my vision screen, yet, I see odd zip-zapping lights in the clear blue skies all the time. They seem to be diving in and out of our atmosphere, this dimension....something. I went and got another eye scan in a 6 month period just to see if I had an eye problem because it's been bugging me so bad.

ppl say that god luvs us ,that we have an after life ,that we go to hell or heaven depending on our deeds but -
if god had feelings for us then he can feel emotions right
but emotions are dependent on the chemical reactions in our brain ,that directly implies dat god has an intelligent brain which can think ,which means dat he is made of atoms n molecules n thus flesh and bones right ???
hence god should obey the laws of physics and so he cannot watch over all of us and help us in need
n bout heven n hell -
heven is a place where we r supposed to live for eternity after death ,where everyone and everythin is perfect
while hell is a place where u r tortured for ever or sumthin like dat
but happiness and pain are all chemical signal interpreted by our brain ,so to experience pain n other feelins we need a brain and hence, a soul cannot "FEEL"
but if our soul is capable of emotions then it is made out of physical particles n thus they cannot be called a soul at all ! am i rit

I'm not Muslim, but I have friends both Christian and Muslim. My Muslim friends always say its the same God they pray too as Christians, but my Christian friends go crazy when I mention this. If they both believe in one God of the universe, then why is it so upsetting to Christians that their God is acknowledged by Muslims too??

Alan Turing was the man singlehandedly most responsible for defeating the Nazis in WWII by breaking the Germans' Enigma Code. And he also was responsible for laying down much of the groundwork for computers.

But he was a homosexual. And eventually he committed suicide because the British chose to prosecute him just for being gay, despite all that he had done to help them win the war.

So even though what he contributed to the world probably saved millions of lives back then AND has enriched your life now (you're typing entries on a device that he played a large role in developing), is he burning in hell because he was gay?
