I'll give you mine. I just got a 20/20 on my vision screen, yet, I see odd zip-zapping lights in the clear blue skies all the time. They seem to be diving in and out of our atmosphere, this dimension....something. I went and got another eye scan in a 6 month period just to see if I had an eye problem because it's been bugging me so bad.

Someone...Yeah. I had that done by an opthamologist. That was the second exam. They found nothing.

How about entropy? According to the second law of thermodynamics, things always go from an complex state to a less complex state. Example. Take mud, make bricks, build a brick building. Leave it alone, and eventually it will disintegrate into dust again. You can build things as complicated as you want, but they will eventually wear down into their basic elements. We can see examples of this every day.
BUT. How come natural life on earth goes the opposite way? Why does life evolve into more complex and specialized forms, grow and change, etc. Everything from a weed by the side of the road, to a newborn baby grows up, doesn't fall apart. What makes this happen? God? It's too perfect to be random.

Did they check the back of your eye? Usually this is done by an opthamologist and not your regular eye doc. They will dilate your pupils and look at the retina in the back of your eye. Flashing lights like you describe COULD be a sign of retinal detachment. Just because you have 20/20 does not mean you don't have other problems. Good luck.

I'm going to have to agree with spike.
Also, I used to see my cat's "ghost" around the house right after we put him to sleep. I think it was just because I was used to having him around, so my brain sort of filled in the blanks for me. It was kind of fun, having a ghost in the house.
