we aren't allowed to draw prophet's we haven't seen them and even if we have their description we can't predict their features.
we only care about how pious they are and care about their teachings , their pic won't do anything.
for about the cartoons they were offensive to the prophet and made fun of him , as i told u we don't draw any of the prophets.
also ild like to add this:
One may draw pictures of people, animals, etc. as long as they don’t depict anything against Islamic guidelines. It is important to understand that Muslims don't replicate 'images' because they believe that on the Day of Judgment, they will be asked to put a soul in the 'images' they made, challenging Allah’s creation. Also, they don't replicate 'images' believing that the Angels will not enter their houses. This is based on several authentic Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him.
However, in the Arabic Language, what we call Sourah or commonly translated as 'image' can mean several things, and in the context of the prohibition, it means a statute or a sculpture of a living being that has shade (depth or three dimensional) and not a photographic picture.
Therefore, while statutes are prohibited, pictures in magazines, televisions, newspapers, books, computers, drawings, etc. are allowed. Such pictures can however be prohibited if they depict nudity or other indecent representations. But even being allowed, they should be done when necessary and not to pass time."

these holy people of the ancient world must be respected-they are not just ordinary people-they were sent by the most Holy God The Father to give his message and at the same time guide those people who believe them-making or putting their character into cartoon is not right-forgive me but i have not seen the cartoon version yet but if it is only making fun of the prophet Mohammed then that is not right but if it is giving a spiritual message-just be careful in what you're doing because this kind of situation is very serious and very sensitive matter for the Moslem world-Mohammed is high ranking holy prophet of God the Father-he is not a god-

Prophets are messengers of God.
There task is to deliver a message to mankind.
Why should they have needs of personal photographs for their message to be received.
Understand well that no prophet will be accepted by his own people. He will be cast out as a heretic.
They didn't journey to earth to win a beauty contest. They have no need to have posters placed on walls or billboards as a form of advertising.
They are Gods prophets and that should suffice..........
Man should be thankful they arrived and passed on the message sent from God.
Off the record, are there any true pictures of Jesus?

there are 2 distinctive and opposite matters. the classic theory is that depicting any residing being is undesirable as a results of fact it may bring about idolatry, and this is the greater serious the greater respected a guy or woman is! so on the grounds that muhammad is important to muslims, having HIS photos is the worst as a results of fact he's the likely to be venerated. and this is not almost photos. many muslims merchandise to celebrating his birthday for the comparable reason. and if he had a grave, they might merchandise to human beings pilgrimaging there. the different reason isn't classic yet as a results of conflict/touch with the west (like lots of the present islamic radicalism, which isn't indigenous in any respect): they merchandise to detrimental portrayals of muhammad comparable as u wud get disappointed at detrimental portrayals of ur mom or grandmother.

Why should there be one? Muslim do not worship Muhammad "SAS", he is just a messenger of Allah to deliver the message of truth. Muslims worship the one almighty God, creator of the heavens and the earth.
