replace Jesus Christ during crucifixion, surely it must be stated in the Koran. Why would Mother Mary kissed Jesus Christ foot if it was not Jesus. Surely Mother Mary could recognize his son (physical characteristic, and attribute) that she has brought up for 30 years.

I know it means, Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.

When I was a child and I saw this sign on the back of someone's car, I thought..wow, what a kind, loving and Godly person that must be.

Today, when I see that sign, I think what a judgemental, hypocritical, arrogant and intollerant person that must be...

Do other's think the same thing?

Shouldn't we be able to recognize Christians by their words and deeds? So, why do so many feel the need to label themselves with bumper stickers and slogans on their shirts, etc...? Is it because they can no longer be recognized by their actions...so, they have to label themselves?

What if your reward for becoming a Christian were that all of you and your family's necessities (food, shelter, etc.) would be met for a lifetime, but at the end of your life, that's it? No pearly gates, no streets of gold, just game over.

Would it be as appealing to you?

I am a Christian-follower of Jesus Christ. I have heard that though the Catholic religion does believe that Jesus is the Son of God, it does not believe that Jesus was in fact God in human form. Thoughts?

So most Christians do, in fact, acknowledge that they are not celebrating the correct date.

How many of you acknowledge that those in power within the Christian religion purposely changed those dates to coincide with other religions' holidays?

"The only way to tell if a teaching was created by the Devil rather than by God, is to see if it has elements like:

-selfish gain, egotistical ventures, money, fame"

But how would you know? You're only going off of what the bible has taught you, and I'm proposing that the bible was actually written by Satan.

"ok, well first satan being the very enemy of God and basically stands for everything against Him, why would he write a book which has turned many people to God? The bible being the best selling book ever written. The bible is not meant for those who dont believe, what would be the point ? its like giving u a road map when your in a totally different country ?"

Again, how do you know? What if, because it was written by Satan, the bible is actually turning people to Satan, and you just can't tell because it's all you've ever known? According to your scriptures, is Satan not that devious?

I dont want to hear from anyone who doesn't think we have souls. I am trying to have a serious spiritual discussion. If clones are without souls, we have a whole new market for organs, and blood, and stemcells. We may even be able to transplant a brain into the clone of your body if your body is too damaged. But then would your soul move too?

Why is it that so many do not believe in God. I dont doubt there is any coincidence that not one mistake has been found in the bible and not one person on this earth has ever was able to discredit the bible or the exsistence of God. every word in the bible is true and prophecies made thousands of years ago are still being found true today. The bible talks about Dinosaurs, it talks about the number of stars in the sky, the bible is consistent with meterology in Ecclesiastes 1:6, the bible talks about cave me in Job 30:5,6, it talks about the recirculation of water, it talks about hydrothermal vents 3000 years before being discovered by science. Also the bible talks about the earth being circular. Only to find out hundreds/Thousands of years later its true. When are we going to stop trying to discredit the bible and open our eyes to the fact that thousands of years have past and no one has been able to. Just live by faith because in the end on judgment day we will all know the truth

You guys believe there is no God, but you can't prove that there isn't. So being an atheist obviously requires at least as much faith as being a Christian. So why bother?

The difference, of course, being that it wasn't a coincidence when some of items in your letter "magically" showed up at Christmas.
