I had someone tell me that when two people have sex it's viewed in the eyes of God as the two people being married and it's acceptable to him.I was just wondering if you only have sex with one person (married or not)wouldn't it still be acceptable to God because it's just 1 person?

You believe that God is one God, in 3 forms. As a Hindu, I believe that God is one God, and has many many forms. All the forms are just different manifestations of the same God.

I think you have to agree that either we are both monotheists, or we're both not. Am I wrong?

They doent have to sing the pledge, nor does it concer them that God is on our currancy. If I was crazy enough to be an atheist, i wouldn't care about what other people are doing or saying, that is the great thing about our country, we can do or say just about anything, so why does the majority have to sercumb to the minority, you do what you do and we do what we do. Right? Why do they care sooo much?

This country is based on Christianity so why are people shocked when laws are based on it? Why should the country change when this is what it was founded on? If you don't like it and you are not Christian why don't you leave? Just a question, not trying to start a fight, I am just curious.

The odd against there being one God are so remote it is impossible to calculate. Yet people who wouldn't dream of buying a lottery ticket will buy right into the God lottery with so much more than a dollar at risk. The risk their entire future in search of a La La Fantasy Land of Eternity.

First of all I am a Catholic but I do not belive everything the church tells me. Where did the idea of Purgatory come from? Both Heaven and hell are mentioned in the Bible but NOWHERE is there mention of Purgatory. Where/from who did this idea come from and why is it so widely accepted?

For example :
"The new case came to light because one of the twins had an abnormality in sexual development -- ambiguous genitalia -- and was considered a hermaphrodite with both ovarian and testicular tissue. This child is being raised as a girl. The other twin is a boy."
How would a christian raise their child in this case, when it comes to being a girl or boy and love and marriage, being excepted?

Can someone show me biblical evidence that says that one must be Catholic to be saved? All evidence I have seen comes from words spoken by popes, evil anti-popes at that. Pope Innocent III (Pope: 1198-1216) is responsible for the slaughter of thousands. I accept no authority from such a man. Pope Boniface VIII (Pope:1294-1303). He is now considered an anti-pope, so he also does not hold any authority. Pope Clement V (Pope: 1305-1314), was clearly corrupt. It was under his rule that that King Philip IV had the Knights Templar disbanded and murdered. Why should I accept the authority of any of these clearly corrupt popes? Some later popes were better, but they were quoting the policies of the corrupt popes that came before them. They did not have any biblical support for this belief. They relied on the words of their corrupt predecessors.

Does the blind faith in the infallibility of the church cause this? What biblical proof is there that the church and the pope are infallible?

On the one dollar bill is a pyramid with the "eye" of the ancient God of Egypt, "Ra." In Washington D.C. is the Obelisk. If the forefathers of America were christian, wouldn't there be "some" christian symbolism "somewhere" to show it? Give me your opinions..........

Ok First of all I am a Catholic, but I do eat meat on Fridays. I want to know why people can eat fish on Fridays and not other meat. Please dont say because its red meat that is a stupid answer. I personally belive if you are going to give up meat DO IT. Either go all meat or none. I personally do not know where this tradition came from and I would like to know but I bet whoever made the rule was (or was friends with) a fisherman and made $$$$ off this.

Anybody have any insight?

I am psycic... but I don't have much "experience" with it. How do I use my abilities to their fullest extent? How do I make myself see what will happen instead of having the visions just randomly appear right before something does happen? And most of all, how do I exercise these abilities to make them stronger? Thank you for helping me!!

I asked a question similar to this and was (almost) surprised to see that some "Muslims" (Mohammadeans) flatly deny that people are leaving Islam.

Some of them use "logic" such as...

"Islam is the fastest growing religion, so how can people be leaving it?"

Others try to debunk the sources with retorts such as...

"That is from an anti-Islamic Christian Jewish media source"

...as if ANY and ALL historical or contemporary facts which do not glorify Islam are the result of a malicious conspiracy.

When you ask "Muslims" (Mohammadeans) about their sources, they tend to be a bit evasive and cagey. They REFUSE to CONFESS that countries with the highest birth rates tend to have a Muslim majority (70% to "100"%), and that emmigration from predominantly Muslim countries is at an all-time high.

Lying with statistics is increadibly easy and deceptive.
Is "Islam" gaining the most CONVERTS, or are they simply breeding more?

Show me the # of converts vs. IMMIGRANTS/newborns

Coal-powered power plants pollute down-wind streams, lakes, and ocean with mercury, which is taken up by the fish consumed by humans. Mercury is a neurotoxin known to cause behavioral and perceptual problems, as well as other problems, first noticeable in fetuses, infants and small children.

Is controlling the release of mercury from coal-powered electrical generators an issue that churches should take on because it is a moral issue, or should it be managed entirely by the marketplace?

There's a lot of suffering on earth and Hell. I don't want Heaven; there's no greater good coming from it. I want there to be no suffering but that's not going to happen. But if I go to Heaven can I even mourn for the rest of humanity? Won't God just wipe out my memories until I'm some lobotomized happy retard? Can't I have my sadness and gratitude? Why do I need empty bliss forced on me? Do I really have to go to Hell to be treated equally as my fellow man?
