He points out how unrealistic believing in god is, how controlling, manipulative, and deceitful organized religion has been over the centuries - even diabolically evil and horrendous in their defense of holy scriptures and their crusades for conversion to their 'faith'. The bible has long been shown to be compiled over 900 years by a ragtag of different authors, scholars, scriblers, and copiers, with so many factual errors and impossible feats (oh wait, miracles), and what about god killing all the Hittites, Amorites, Canannites, Jebusities and other 'local tribes'. What kind of "god" kills people and advocates killing people, why is your make believe god any different than the make believe god allah? They both have advocated killing non-believers or anyone worshipping another god. Why do you care if two men or two women make love if you truly believe they are going to hell? Why don't you let people live there own life if they are not bothering you instead of trying so hard to convert.

When i lived in nevada...i was driving home one night....speeding without wearing a seat belt...and as i came to a area off the freeway that had alot of bars.....just as i was passing...a car sped out into the freeway RIGHT in front of me...I slammed on my beakes and skidded across 4 lanes.....as i did... i felt pressure across my chest as if someone was behind me and was hugging me ,holding me against the seat.As luck would have it...there was not 1 car in the other lanes that i went into..which was rare for being a fairly busy highway, and i should have gone through the window with the force of hitting my brakes. I will NEVER forget the feeling of being held against my seat..but wondering if it was a angel, spirit giude or maybe a loved one who passed?? Only believers answer..i am Not crazy..this really happened!!!!!

Olivet Discourse: “Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matt. 24:25-27).

I would like to hear from other Christians as to why they think we need to defend God or our beliefs. After all, God could eliminate all the evil people in the world by simply speaking a word if He chose, right? So if that is the case, and I believe that God can do that, why does he need our poor defense? It seems to me that Jesus didn't bother defending God or even himself. Either someone believed in Him, or they did not. That was their choice.

From a biblical perspective, how are we supposed to tell someone that they have sinned?

Is there are different approach for a Christian or non-Christian?

Sometimes I see people who are supposedly Christian on here making accusations in a very angry manner. (And just experienced on my last question. Some of them seemed to think that I wasn't Christian, and if I wasn't I certainly would not have become one with the tone of some of the responses that I recieved.) There must be something in the Bible that tells Christians how to effectively reproach someone. Does anyone know specifically where?

Here's my proof for God's existence, well not really but I learned this in philosophy.

God is the "greatest conceivable being" by definition. Therefore, God must necessarily exist because if God does not exist, that is not God because "the greatest conceivable being" would have to exist both in the imagination and in reality.

I hope I haven't confused you guys lol
Give me some feedback and tell me what you guys think.
