Now spiritual means holy or high moral qualities, or sacred. In simpler terms: Religion is an act of doing something religious like going to church. But spiritually is a way of life or something you do everyday. You are holy all the time. Your outer man and your inner man are new creatures in Christ Jesus. You are different, you are a Christian. A church goer is not necessarily spiritual but could only have a religion. To be spiritual is to be like Christ in all of our ways. To be religious requires nothing but to go to a building and worship and still remain unchanged.
