When I say truth I am talking about The Bible, which is the truth to everything. There is no need for hateful responses. Because if you do give a hateful response that just sort of proves my point, that people are afraid of the word of God, they rather deniy the existents, and insult others rather than listening to their heart and following God.

"homophobic christian"? I'm asking in response to the "are straight people brainwashed..." question.
I take it my sexual orientation makes me a bigot, regardless of my actual opinions? How VERY open-minded and tolerant of you...*rolls eyes*

Lately I've been thinking about a dream I had in September of 2005. It was right after my grandma died and in the dream I asked her when I would see her again and she said in 4 more years. Am I going to die in 2009!?! Or better yet, Christians, do you think the rapture could happen in 2009!?!

p.s. My grandma was a really godly person and I am a Christian. I wacthed the show "Bible Code: Predicting Apocolypse" and they talked about predicting disasters starting in 2009!

p.s.s. I belive the Bible Code is real because the Bible talks about things being revealed in the Bible near his return.

p.s.s.s. I have already had dreams with my Grandma in them so it can't be I'll have another dream then.

I was told by a Muslim woman that the Koran says "white people are the devil". Not one Muslim has ever denied this. They have talked around the issue, but they have never denied it. So, if they consider a whole race of people to be "the devil", how is that different than a non-Muslim thinking muslims are evil?

Ever wonder why Muslims are so easily controlled by their religious leaders?

Quran 4:59 "O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you." http://www.usc.edu/dept/msa/quran/004.qm...

The Quran tells Muslims to obey Allah, Muhammad and religious leaders. Well, Allah and Muhammad arent around, so that leaves Imams. Remember, the word is "obey", and since the Quran is beyond question in the Islamic community, this word has more power than any word in any western legal code. Muslims believe these words with every cell in their body.

Remember some of the early post-911 footage from Afgansitan on CNN. Who can ever foget the reporter who asked a Muslim:

"wait, so if your religious leader asked you to murder babies, you would do it?",

"Of course!" the Muslim indignately and condescendinly replied via translation "they impart the will of God to us".

This obedience has no corrolary outside Islam. Its absolute.

I mean, why when humans find something funny do they start to spasm and let out a guffawing sound? Why don't animals laugh? I've never seen an animal bust a gut upon listening to a Yo Mama joke and my experiments turn up 0 results. Can somebody explain?

I added a doc to my Yahoo briefcase and sent out the web link for others to view, but it is defaulted to private so no one can see it. Others would have to know my user name and password to view it. Please help if you can, what can I do to make these files public?

at the person driving the car

then how can soldiers justify for them killing others by calling it war. cuz its their choice to put themselves in that situation, they have thrown themselves in the middle of a proverbial road, just like if i were to come into your front yard waving a gun around i could pretty much expect to get shot at, and in my mind that wouldnt make it right for me to kill you, so on a moral stand point how is a soldier that Wilfully puts himself in that kind of situation any better than a murderer

I'm Muslim and for once I feel like my religion is not the most highly scrutinized religion because Atheism has taken the fall. Christians are constantly saying bad things about Atheists and how Atheism isn't a religion (Not all Christians but quite a few). If religion is "a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe" according to the dictionary, why do people not consider Atheism a religion which is what it is? Christians, have you not read your own bible that says, "Judge not lest ye be judged."?
