How do I make files in my Yahoo briefcase public - so anyone can view them?

I added a doc to my Yahoo briefcase and sent out the web link for others to view, but it is defaulted to private so no one can see it. Others would have to know my user name and password to view it. Please help if you can, what can I do to make these files public?
