ask all muslims here in the USA to sign a contract with America that they must inform the fbi of inside plots and plans in their religious communities. This will then make the arabians more trust worthy and can be real Americans.

I have struggled with chronic lyme disease for years and over the last few months have been hit with other common illnesses one after another, and even a corneal abrasion, which screwed up my already dysfunctional sleep schedule. I've been missing a lot of school and now am having trouble doing all the homework and catching up.

My mother believes this is an attack against me, perhaps as a result of some sin I've committed, and that I should seek immediate prayer. However, my opinions, as a result of studying the Bible, are quite different from the Churches she attends (mostly Pentecostal), so I do not feel comfortable having these people praying over me. Also, I've concluded, if God wanted me to be healed, he would have done it years ago. God allowed Satan to afflict Job, who had done nothing wrong and also sent a thorn (a messenger of Satan), to buffet Paul. Perhaps he is doing the same with me to strengthen me (it has and is) or for a reason I can't understand. What do you think?

I wasn't sure if I was having these experiences until a few days ago. Sometimes when I sleep it feels like I am floating a few inches off the bed. But this last time, I was sure I was having one, It felt like I was out of my body floating perhaps eight inches high, and in the laying down position feet first I started to move, and think I hit the TV, and started moving floating in the other direction head first and hit something, and then felt myself go back down into my body.

My question is, why cant different religions ( people ) accept that there are people different from them and co-exist, are we really that dependant on being right in this "democratic" world of ours that we can accept that? I know for a fact that i am biast towards who i want to be around, but i am not biast to the fact that people are allowed to exist without my aproval, how do you feel?

Also, what is your age, church/denominational affiliation, and geographical location?

I am 38, attend an Assembly of God church, live in PA, and prefer traditional worship, which seems to place me in the minority around here. I was just wondering how others feel.

Nowadays, we see people mostly, unfortunately, from the Church on the streets rallying and boycotting against supposed controversial topics such as heresy, sacrilege or "historical innaccuracy" found in today's literature. Of course, it would probably be reasonable if these books, movies or articles were classified as facts. However, what about those that are fiction? One perfect example would be the 'controversy' behind the Da Vinci Code. Honestly, I can say it was a very good read as I was easily engrossed with the various mysteries and discoveries. And up to now, I see people burning pages of the book and marching on the streets with signs bashing the Da Vinci Code. I have come to ponder whether or not this is merely an expression of their personal desire for 'minutes of fame'. What do YOU think about it?

Not time as relating to your watch, but moments passing by,
It cannot just have started. or you could ask "How long before it started?" Time is immeasurable. It cannot have a point of origen.
WHEN I SAY GOD = TIME IF THAT IS TRUE, GOD HAD NO ORIGEN, NO BEGINNING----BUT HE IS THE CAUSE OF ALL BEGINNINGS. GOD CANNOT EXIST OUT OF TIME, OR THE QUESTION CAN BE ASKED "HOW LONG DID GOD EXIST OUT OF TIME." DO YOU GET IT??? GOD IS EVERYWHERE JUST LIKE MOMENTS ELAPSE EVERYWHERE
DO YOU SEE IT?????

Because when our Creator asked him what his desire was.
He didn't ask for money, women, and a stretch limosine.
His asked for Wisdom.
And like the Book says. If we desire wisdom. Then ask the Creator, who gives to all generously. And it will be given to you.

It is in fact a bio-computer.
When people tell me they forgot something. I telll them, "No you
didn't". We just have so many interruptions in a day's time, it stores memories for later use.
If we put data in our brain that tells us how something cannot be.
It will return information for how it cannot be. But if we ask it
how something might be? It will give us the memories of our
Life's experience that wil tell us how it might be.

God is greater than time but yet equal.

Moments elapse on pluto. there is no place where time does not exist. there is no place that God does not exist. time can have no beginning. Even if it all was just a great nothingness---how long was it just a great nothingness. Time can not have a point of origen----it always was. God always was. Time cannot have an end---God cannot have an end. I am not trying to outsmart God----I am trying to help people see Him more clearly and how eternal existence and omnipresence are both possible and reality. what do you think????

Islam and Christianity are very similar religions. I'm a Muslim man married to an Orthodox Christian woman. I respect Christianity because I believe Jesus was sent by God. Islam says that good Christians will go to heaven. I just disagree with the fact that most Christians pray to Jesus. There is difference between Jesus and God. And in my religion it is one of the biggest offenses to put someone on the same level as God. If God were to have a son why would He sacrifice His son for humanity? If you were to chose someone to pray to... why would you pick Jesus instead of God when there is God to pray to? Jesus was a messenger and a miracle of God. God had many miracles and Jesus was one of them. The Bible written, completed or put together years after Jesus died and I think that might be a reason as to why people have a false vision of him today. That's just my opinion. Hope to view all your inputs on this in a respectful manner.

People sometimes claim that the Bible demonstrates fulfilled prophecies, thus proving divine knowledge, but of course they're not really prophecies because they're things that were written thousands of years ago about things that happened thousands of years ago. If a rational person is going to be convinced about prophecy, then it needs to be related to something that hasn't happened yet.

So: Are there any specific and unambiguous prophecies in the Bible, with at least an estimate of the date they are expected to occur, that we could evaluate in an objective way? Needless to say, as well as being unambiguous they must also be risky - "The sun will rise tomorrow" may be a prediction that is fulfilled, but it's not exactly sticking your neck out... Self-fulfilling prophecies will not do either.

Any takers?
