No, you do not, although it makes it easier to stay on the path toward perfection for most people. It is simply a way of being in the fellowship of like believers who are on the same path and can therefore make the journey easier for each other. It is called fellowship.

I don't think it is necessarily so. In fact the Bible says following the wrong prophet can get you into trouble and that person up at the podium is a type of prophet telling you how to worship.

God, Jesus and you form an interpersonal relationship defined by all of you consentually.

Be the best you can be and follow in the teachings of Jesus and the admonishments from God as to what not to be.

For Catholics it is an obligation because the Holy Sacrifice of the mass has the power to heal and mend our relationship with God. Community worship also helps us learn from each other and offer collective prayers to God.

No!It won't.you have to believe and follow Jesus Christ to do so.though, going to church is just a way to give God the first position in your life by visiting a place of His worship.Read the living word of God and try to follow it.
As my Dad says"Clean Bible-Dirty Life; and a Dirty Bible -clean life"
It means when you read your Bible daily, the pages would wear off;you would mark them, fold them so that you could remember what it says and include it in your life to make it clean , but a clean unread Bible would lead to a dirty life where you would be unaware of the Word of God.
God Bless.

No- Jesus only saves us- however- when saved we will want to gather together with our brothers and sisters, so that we grow in our faith. And when a non-believer comes into the church then we can love them, and show them who Jesus is. DO NOT FORSAKE THE ASSEMBLING TOGETHER.

According to the bible, the only unforgivable sin is rejecting the holy spirit.

So as long as your christian your mind can get away guilt free with murder, rape, and extreme drug use, as long as you don't think for yourself.

So enjoy your heaven full of whiney christians, rapists, and murders who "repented".
