Because of being imperfect we can't approach a perfect God, so Jesus became our mediator between man and God.....For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, a man, Christ Jesus,....1 Timothy 2:5

OK, what I have been saying for a long time. Christians and Muslims are not that far apart. But if you understand the Christian religion, then, praying to Jesus and God are one and the same. Don't think in the big picture God cares much about that either. If you can look at it that way, you will understand a little better as to why it makes little difference. We also pray to the Holy Spirit which again is one and the same. So are the teachings about Mohammad much different then what you say as to Jesus? Personally, I seldom mention Jesus without God being mentioned to.

I respectfully suggest you read the bible.you may gain an understanding from studying it.As a christian i pray to God the Father in Jesus,s name (Anything you ask in my name ,shall be given) he is appointed mediator between God and man.
I too had a problem with this untill i began seriously studying the bible.A sacrifice had to be made for the atonment of sin, which had separated us from God the Father .Jesus was this sacrifice.
John 3:16 -17
you say the bible could be corrupt because it was written by many people and then put together many years later.studies now show that scrolls thousand of years old read the same as what you read now in the bible and dont you find it intriguing just a little that although written by many hands at different times they fit ttogether like a puzzle telling the same storyor continuing the same story.as you say God does miracles.
I know you are sincere. and do not want to offend God .so does He.I urge you to ask him to enlighten you as to the truth. we must(study to show yourself approved) He wont allow you to be misled if you are continually in prayer for wisdom and discernment. peace><>><>

Most "christians" fail to read proverbs chapter 8. This is an important chapter that is in harmony with everything that Jesus says in the four books of his apostles. The fact is Jesus had a beginning. He existed before the earth was created. He has had authority, and power, which makes him like his creator YHWH God Almighty. Jesus never made himself equal to God. Christians had adopted the pagan and Babaylon and Islam religion of going to heaven and the trinity. Fact is Only a Select Few person will Join Jesus in heaven.

people who declare Jesus as being God are particularly deluded and somewhat incorrect. a minimum of you already know a ingredient that the Bible brings out many cases: Jesus himself prayed to a individual larger than he. If Jesus have been God, then he'd be praying to himself, and that doesn't make any experience. Jesus constantly renowned that his amazing powers, to boot because of the fact the message he taught, got here not from him, yet from his Father (and God), the only that despatched him. fake faith tries to curl the scriptures into claiming that Jesus, God, and the holy spirit are one being, yet 3 in some mysterious trinity. this way of coaching is one among guy and not the Bible. it particularly is completely fake and it thoroughly dishonors God and Christ the two. Jesus has in no way been God, in basic terms the SON of God. somebody won't manage to be the son of somebody and nevertheless be that somebody on an analogous time. people who have faith interior the trinity won't manage to verify how completely absurd this way of theory is as a results of the fact they're blinded by devil.

Thank you for being respectful in asking. A lot of Christians pray to Jesus, some (mostly Catholics) pray to saints as well for blessings. I think that they sort of miss the whole point of Jesus, which was to show us the way to get to God.
When we pray, we do pray to our Heavenly Father, and we do so in Jesus name, which is a bit different than actually praying to Jesus alone. We are saying that we are of Jesus flock; we are saying to God that we can approach Him because Jesus sent us to Him. Does that make sense?
I know part of your disagreement is that you do not believe that Jesus was the Messiah, and that He is in fact God. That's okay, because you are not of Jesus flock. He even said to the Pharisee of that day "you do not believe because you are not of My flock". You are Muslim and have your own set of instructions from God on how to find Him.

It is written in the bible that for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son to die on the cross so that a pure sacrifice could be made to cleanse man of their sins. that is how much god loved man. Jesus, god and the holy spirit are the holy trinity. they are one which exist as different forms just like water in 3 different states. We pray to god through jesus who is the bridge between god and us, sinners. Bacially, jesus is also god, not just a messenger. he rose from the dead after 3 days, overcoming death. and the bible was inspired by god. so it is credible.

God bless you and peace to you. You asked if God had a son why He would sacrifice his son for Humanity? The answer is because His great love for you and me and humanity because we are all sinners and there is one thing between God and Us and that is sin. God's son was send to pay a debt that you nor me could ever payed for example You are accused of murder and all the evidence point that you are guilty and you were sentenced to die for that crime but this man because he loves so much asked his only begotten son to take your place and the son because he has the same feelings for you as his father he is willing to take your place and when he takes your place you are no longer guilty. so you can become also son of that man(God). Jesus said that no one is taken his life, he was giving it willingly because he has the power to take it back.

i believe that the Bible is the word of God. i believe that God sent His Son Jesus - the word made flesh, as an act of intercession to be the sacrifice on the behalf of mankind to take our place, paying the punishment for our sins.
i believe that only through Him, can we approach God and ask in Jesus name for those things that are God's will.
you ask.. why would God give His Son for humanity?
i will put my answer in the form of a question: how can anyone stained with sin be good enough on his own to approach God? or for that matter, to hope that God would hear the prayer?
in this also the Jewish faith, and christianity that is different than any other religion.. with all others man is required to do something to make himself good enough.. but if he thinks he can do it.. he ends up in futility, for he in his fallibility cannot attain to perfection.
but the God of the Bible, the one whom Jesus represented, reflecting His image, in His love God required of Himself to do something to make man good enough. by giving a good seed that came from Him.. that man had no access to.
that good seed from the good tree, planted grows to be a large tree that provides food and shelter, inviting the birds to nest in peace all the days of their lives.

When people make statements about God, Jesus Christ, or the Holy Spirit; according to their own "opinions", "beliefs", "thoughts", or "ideas". What actually happens is they are commiting Idolatry --- which is one of the Ten Commandments ----
"Do not commit Idolatry"
________________________________________________
According to the Word of God (Bible), God is in fact a 'triune being'. In other words, He is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We can read in John 1.1-5
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. HE was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it."
2 Corinthians 5.15-21
"And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves; but for Him who died for them and was raised again. So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come."
"All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation."
"We are therefore Christ's ambassodors, as though God were making His appeal thorugh us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God."
Revalation 22.21
"The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen"
