Well, god doesn't exist... so....

A nice long nap is one of the most wonderful soul refreshing things there is. Of course I may just be saying that because I never seem to get enough sleep. Working the Night Shift sucks.

The two things aren't mutually exclusive. There are times when the body is so exhausted that it's easy to slip into spiritual depression or negativity. That's when a good nap helps to refresh your soul.

There are also times when your soul is so weary that only time spent in God's Presence will restore you, spiritually and physically.

And sometimes you need both the prayer and the nap. . .they work well in sequence.

A nap only refreshes the body. God refreshes the soul.

God uses SOUL to mean breath-life or the physical body. So a nap.
I would use God to refresh my Spirit, though.

A nap is physical relief..for the body. For the soul, peaceful, quiet prayer is very refreshing.

God because he is the creater of our soul and he can renew you if you just go to His Holy Place and repent. In other words you should start going to church and then tell God that you know you sinned and ask Him for forgiveness. But when you do He has forgave you know and so you shouldn't do it again. If you do that most likely means you just don't care. Finally, try coming to a church called Memorial Temple Baptist Church it would really pay off. Then you'll have an extra chance of going to heaven.
P.S. Please put my answer as best because I am only 11 and I explained the best way I could. May God BLESS YOUR LITTLE SOUL!!!!

God because you know that He'll always be there for you

"Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ" Romans 8:39.

This is pretty comforting and refreshing to know that He'll always love you and you have someone bigger out there watching out for you.
