Romans 8,28
We know that in everything God works for the good of those who love him, whom he has called according to his plan.

Nothing happens in this world, in our family, in our lives merely by chance or because it was so destined. Paul stresses in this verse the Father's personal attention for each one of us.
Peace and every blessing!

I was just talking about this earlier today. Things aren't where I'd like them to be, but I have learned to be content in the midst.

Philippians 4:11-12

"Not that I am implying that I was in any personal want, for I have learned how to be content in whatever state I am.

I know how to be abased and live humbly in straitened circumstances, and I know also how to enjoy plenty and live in abundance. I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and enough to spare or going without and being in want."

Romans 12:1-2

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the merices of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
