every one in the movies are white including him . i thought that seeing as how he is from the middle east that he would be dark in skin tone and in eye color , every one is so up tight about getting the facts straight how come they cant even get the most basic one right . i mean COME ON !!!!!

Having had discussions with the yahoo answers user pangel, and seeing that she and I relate quite well on the subject of spirituality, while we may have some minor differences on wording of the subject, and might have diverse beliefs on these ideas, I still believe that her beliefs overlap with mine more than mine do with Atheism.

So from now on, I'm going to be known as a spiritualist on here and in real life.

Now she isn't the only spiritualist regular.

What say you?

Everythings lost now! I don't know what to believe anymore... Everything I believed is shot to Hell... I'm going to study atheism and see if there can be any hope in life without God.

Atheist websites seem to believe that happiness can be found in just "living."

as I dont personally think is is going to happen, I think it be nice if you would all please send me all your money, as you & your families wont be needing it anymore & I sure could use it. or does the preachers who spout this idea want you to give it to them so you can buy your way into heaven?

Children are very impressionable. Doesn't it seem wrong to preach to young children before they are old enough to make logical decisions of their own? Shouldn't you leave it alone until they're a little older?

Isn't "forever" the same as "eternally"? Why do you need to add "and ever"? Isn't that redundant?

I'm an Atheist currently eating a sandwhich with ham, cheese, honey mustard, on wheat bread;

Do you believe I am trying to destroy Christianity with this question?

Additionally, is it even possible for one human person to destroy a religion (or group of religions within the same umbrella) followed by 1.2 billion other humans?

Would it make more sense to go after a smaller religion with a smaller number of followers, and try and make them allies in this fight, I could bribe them with the remainder of my sandwhich to get them to listen to me.

I think some people are trying to fool you, like they've fooled me 100 times, saying that asking questions is bad. I'm not taking it anymore. I'm going to eat my sandwhich and ask my questions and I will get quality answers too.

Me and my ex just broke up because he is mormon and basically he said that it wouldn't have worked out b/c i would have to convert if i wanted to stay with him. and it broke my heart and yea i cried. but was it the right thing to do. he told me that with mormons the whol family is in the church but he converted on his own and his dad is not religious and his dads fiancee is jewish so i was like wtf b/c i'm not going to convert so i'm pissed. and some one in his church said to him that it is dumb to date outside the church.but was it the right thing to do or did we break up for nothing?

How do you explain Neanderthals?

In case you don't know, Neanderthals were the last surviving species of the homo genus, besides us. They were very intelligent, not quite as smart as us though. They used tools, had rituals, and buried their dead. It is believed that they probably had a primitive language.

Did god create man, and then create man who was not as intelligent?
