No then we would miss out on what you have to offer to the human race.
Most people owe a lot more than that to universities. For many, it is closer to $30,000.00. Arrange a budget plan with the credit card company. Tell them you can only pay so much a month

Debt is not the worst thing in the world, though trust me, I know it can feel that way. Many people go through this, eventually they get out of debt, and life is good again. Go to credit counseling and see if they can help you. Talk to a lawyer and see where you would stand in terms of bankruptcy. Check out Dave Ramsey's site and see if that helps you. Start taking action and face your debt head-on, and you will get through it.
If they take you to court, the worst thing that will happen is you might have your wages garnished. You might have to take a second job or something like that. This is something that's survivable.

You can not go to heaven just to escape this earth and its misery. But you can accept the Lord Jesus as your Savior and be free from the weight of the misery while you live on earth. Then you will spend eternity in heaven with Him. One thing you need to learn is responsibility. If you charge something on a credit card, you are binding yourself to pay for it, but at a greater cost than if you paid cash, which is foolish. We all do foolish things, but we then pay the price and learn from it. Now the greatest debt we owe is our lives due to sin. God is offering a forgiveness of that debt by exchanging His Son's life for ours. All you need to do is tell Him that you accept His Son as your Savior. Then, He begins living in you, and He will also help yo with life's problems, like your money debts. He can move mountains, but it requires a change of your heart. I recommend also finding a good local church where people can support you. If you are serious, you can call me at 530-662-4149. I may be able to help you.

When life gives you lemons...
A back-up plan:
Suck the rest of your money out of your credit account as cash. Liquidate your belongings for cash. Go to Mexico. Get a crappy apartment. Find a job, and start life a-new in your tropical Mexican paradise with hot Mexican women. Allll-riiiight.
Nothing is worth dying over. The worst thing that can happen in such situations is:
1) You move to another country and get to travel and meet new people.
or
2) You go to prison, and get to spend all day sleeping and watching TV, are fed 3 meals a day for free, and don't have to go to work or school.
Death is a stupid alternative. It is so easy to just erase everything and start over again. Just hit the "reset" button.
An acid trip wouldn't hurt to "reformat and defragment your harddisk", too, hehe.
You should listen to some Jimmy Buffet. His songs make you realize that there is no problem that extreme substance abuse can't solve.
"If we weren't all crazy, we'd all go insane".
"Yesterday's over my shoulder, so I can't look back for too long; there's just too much to see waiting in front of me..."
"My head hurts, my feet stink, and I don't love Jesus...and if I don't die by Thursday, I'll be roarin' Friday night!"

Dude, I owe a heck of a lot more than that, go see a financial counselor, well try to find a free one. And start paying some of it back little by little. But its not worth dying over. Peace and God Bless.

Why are you worried? Can they kill you? The answer is no!
God said not to fear what man can do to you on this earth, but to fear Him,who has power over your very soul!
If you have nothing to pay with, then you don't pay!Simple as that. You may have to put up with alot of phone calls or letters, but that is ignorable.Just be more careful in the future about how you spend.
I am not telling you to not take responsibility, just that you don't have to worry!Worry kills more folks everyday than guns do.

Wow, that does seem like you are in a hopeless situation. But the one thing to live for is to live for God. When you are in situations like that remember these verses: "I can do all things through Christ which stengthenth me." Philippians 4:13 and "He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." 2 Corinthians 12:9
These are my favorite verses when I have a hard time.
So in your situation, just lean on God and he will help you. You shouldn't try to take your own life because it was God who gave it to you and doing that would be like slapping God in the face! So just lean on him and pray that God will help you during this difficult time. Though sorrow may last for a night, joy comes in the morning!!!!
Don't give up, I'll be praying for you!!
:)

If you keep focusing on poverty it is going to manifest. Try focusing on prosperity and see it manifest. Get out and live up to your education and pay off the debts. Try communicating with them re: your situation, and another plan can be made. No one is stuck in debt...but it does happen from time to time.

Declare bankruptcy.
It's a temporary solution to a temporary problem... it may affect your credit score and your ability to get another job, but there have been many people who have gotten back on their feet in less than 2 years.
Suicide is stupid. It's a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

You're freaking over a debt-load less than 12,000?
Wow.
You do realize that getting a new car puts people into more debt than that? That the average student loan debt-load of a single major undergrad getting his/her degree is over 50,000? And a house, generally speaking in today's market, over 100,000?
You need a major re-evaluation of your perspective dude.
